"This is truly the best eco-luxury hotel in Taiwan. Everything, from the accommodation quality and the environment to the service, is impeccable. There are so many activities available, both free and paid, making it an excellent choice for a family vacation. It was such a pleasant surprise to see peacocks freely roaming and even flying within the Feng Zhi Gu ecological park. The new mall and walking path located between the Starbucks and 7-Eleven nearby are also definitely worth exploring. The only slight downside is that they don't offer bicycle rentals that can be ridden outside the park. If you have specific guest activities you'd like to participate in, it's best to check the activity schedule and confirm by phone before making your booking and travel arrangements."

"We were very satisfied with our stay with family, both in terms of service and facilities. Firstly, they offered a complimentary shuttle service from Hualien Station to the hotel, and our driver, Xiao Gang, kindly introduced Hualien along the way. Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to our room. The outdoor swimming pool was also very comfortable, with live music playing by the poolside, showing the hotel's attention to detail. We opted for the one-night, two-meal package, and both dinner and breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious ingredients. The bathroom in our room even had a steam room. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hualien."

"The room was incredible. Very Modern, large, beautifully designed and furnished. Bed very comfortable. Medium softness. Bathroom luxurious. Had a table and corner seating area in the room. Large windows with incredible views of the harbour. The main foyer is beautiful. You really feel like a resort hotel. Location right in the heart of the city. Only 10 in taxi from train station. Breakfast great option, many options. The staff are very friendly, attentive, helpful. They booked a last minute private driver CJ Chen for a 5 hour tour into the gorge. Good English and knowledgeable. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in while in Taiwan."

"Best best best hotel we have ever stayed in. Services provided was excellent. All staff were very genuinely. It really felt like a 5 star hotel. We stayed in another 5 star hotel in Jiaoxi which is No. 1 in Jiaoxi but the service cannot be matched. Well done to all the staff. Room was always clean. Thank you to the staff who cleaned our spectacle. It was a nice gesture. Different snacks were topped up everyday. The face mask provided was so good! Surrounding of the hotel was very nice. We had the gorge view and OMG! We don't mind waking up to this view everyday. We hope they will contruct a stairs for guest to go down to the gorge. It is a waste to just see it from the top. Breakfast was good. We could see that they have made an effort to label which is vegetarian and which is not. It's very thoughtful of the restaurant. However, we had a seafood porridge and thought it was purely seafood but notice there was chicken in it but not written. Maybe they can improve in this. Kids are very well entertained in this hotel. They have a huge play room for them. Indoor pool with heated pool is enough to keep the kids occupied for 2hours at least. They also have daily activities and some are free. "Great value for money! The owner was super helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for local Hualien food. We'd definitely choose this place again on our next trip. If you ask the owner, there's also parking available just outside the guesthouse."

"For the location, it's quite far out from the center of Hualien. So you will need to hail a taxi or call the reception desk to book a shuttle bus to pick you up from the station and to the station. Another thing to know is that Uber doesn't work here so you will need to download another app or just physically hail a taxi. However, this is the best hotel I've stayed so far in Taiwan. The room & toilet are extremely spacious and clean. There is a lot of facilities in this hotel that includes a free pool table, ping pong table and swimming pool for you to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is also quite good with a lot of selection as well."
