From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away – the high vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, antique carved pillars, and Russian antique oil paintings made it feel like I’d traveled back to a 19th-century European palace. Every photo I took looked like it was from a movie, and my friends on social media were constantly asking for the address! 🤩

"I had a very pleasant stay here. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but I found it quite suffocating,especially in winter when it felt dark and gloomy. I asked the receptionist if I could change rooms, and they kindly upgraded me to a spacious room with a window for only an additional 28 RMB. The reception staff were incredibly kind and sweet, making the whole process smooth and welcoming.
The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from Sophia Cathedral and the food market inside the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Cloud Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! They offer airport shuttle service, and it's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is super convenient and stress-free. "The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied."

"This hotel's service was fantastic! My check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but they called me at 10 AM to pick up my room card. They let me store my luggage and even had it delivered to my room.
They also gave me a free room upgrade to room 206, which had great natural light and a smart toilet. Besides bottled water, they provided a fruit platter, a coffee machine, and capsule coffee.
They offered two tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum (worth 40 yuan each), and I could choose outfits from the first floor to take photos in the room or lobby, with no time limit or restrictions on the number of outfits. They also included four travel photoshoots (appointments needed in advance).
The hundred-year-old elevator was free to use, and upon departure, they even gave me a small gift bag of chocolates.
The location is superb – just two subway stops from Harbin Station and a 10-minute walk. It's right next to Central Street, a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Church, Red Brick Morning Market, and Zhaolin Park. The Baroque street, Flood Control Monument, and Stalin Park are all less than 2 km away. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off right at the entrance. I'll definitely be back!"

The hotel itself has a bit of old-school charm, but everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and personal, always making sure you feel welcome.
A huge highlight for us was the playroom for children. It’s not just a room—there’s actual staff looking after the kids, which gave us some rare relaxation time. Huge thumbs up!
Breakfast is a massive buffet with plenty of choice. And if you book the Horizon Club, you get free drinks and food all day long. Absolutely worth it.

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay.
