"Not great value for money, and the overall experience was pretty mediocre. The fact that the island was reclaimed from the sea, and the various buildings on it, are quite astonishing, but it's a real shame how many areas are neglected and falling into disuse. With over 5,000 rooms, the hotel had a high occupancy rate during the holiday, making the lobby feel like a chaotic market, packed with people and incredibly noisy. There were significant delays for check-in, and breakfast was practically a free-for-all, with extremely poor food quality. Room cleanliness was terrible; there were scratches all over the walls, and the bed runner was damaged and still had dried food crumbs from the previous guest on it – makes you wonder how long it hadn't been washed. The room itself was tiny, and when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told they didn't have any. We were a family of one adult and two children, both around six years old, but were told we had to purchase an additional child's breakfast, as two small children couldn't count as one adult. For nearly 600 RMB a night, with nothing included, it really wasn't worth it."

"The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom which was huge, comfortable, and very clean. The view from the room was also great, covering almost half the island. We even received complimentary welcome fruit. The service was excellent too; I had two kids with me, and all it took was a call to get special children's bathrobes and toothbrushes. When we needed more water, it was delivered immediately after a quick call. The kids loved it too, and the pool even has a dedicated children's area."

"The Four Points by Sheraton Danzhou was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent and modern facilities. The service was impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive. The food was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety for breakfast. The hotel environment was elegant and peaceful. Staying here was a real treat – highly recommended!"

"A hotel that I chose for a business trip did not step on thunder at all. Although it is a new hotel, all aspects are well done. The facilities are very complete. The room is clean and spacious. There is a voice intelligence. The whole house is smart. For a lazy person like me, he can answer me by shouting. It's so convenient! "The family suite is spacious, clean and has relatively new facilities. The front desk clerk was gentle and proactively reminded me to scan the QR code to register for free parking when leaving the store. It's just that the family suite facing the main road was too noisy, so I had to turn on the small music to resist the noise. The front desk also prepared earplugs. Also, the water in the shower is slow and needs to be unclogged. The overall feeling of the hotel is good."

"We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."

"Overall it’s good! After all, it’s newly opened! The overall breakfast was very good and clean! The cutlery was great! Coffee machines are also available! The most satisfying thing is the gym! A complete set of brand new startrac equipment! It’s not a high-end product though! But it works! I also see Xingchi quite often when I am on a business trip in San Francisco! The West Coast is popular! And the new condition is still great! Nautilius's power zone is also pretty standard! But the laundry machines are not that great! Haier still can't use commercial machines! The meeting room is so messy that I suspect pillows are holding a meeting! The outdoor garden is too perfunctory! There is no romance at all! It doesn’t fit the concept of garden! I feel like the boss is very stingy when investing! But the gym and breakfast are ok! The room was ok too! It would be even better to organize some activities during the Spring Festival!"

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean and stylish, the facilities are very new, the bathroom is designed humanely, with wet and dry separation, and smart bathroom. Breakfast is delicious 😋. Great value for money! The front desk service is great. It is indeed an Accor group hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I have the chance to go to Danzhou."
