I had a pleasant stay at Atour Hotel Changde Laoximen Pedestrian Street. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the city center of Wuling District, close to Laoximen Cultural Tourism Zone, the pedestrian street, and the Yuan River. Many attractions like Wuling Pavilion and the Poetry Wall Cultural Park are just a short walk away. It's also convenient for transportation, with Changde Railway Station about 20 minutes away by car.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I especially enjoyed the beef noodles. Overall, it's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for a well-located, reliable hotel in Changde."

"I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! The hotel decoration is very grand, warm and romantic, which is the style that young people like! The hotel has robot service, laundry service, gym, and is a very fashionable hotel. The air conditioning is good, quiet and comfortable, and the hot water pressure is high! The staff is very polite. I will definitely book this hotel when I go to Changde. It is really worth it!"

The hotel parking lot is a nearby public parking lot, not hotel-owned, but it's spacious and convenient. I expected a three-star hotel to be of higher quality, but the actual experience fell short. I probably wouldn't recommend it to friends."

"This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for."

Guest UserTraveling with my parents and kids, a total of six people, we booked two rooms – one with a king bed and one with twin beds. The beds were large and the environment was clean. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one was the most surprisingly good. The front desk staff were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

The first time I lived in the whole season 4.0, I felt pretty good.
The lobby is elegantly decorated, parking is very convenient, there is a ground and an underground parking lot.
The wood color decoration has a certain high-end sense.
The screen projection function of the TV is fairly smooth, the bath water is warm, and the bed is comfortable.
The small disadvantage is that the floor height is slightly lower, and then there is an elevator, because his building is shared with other commercial entities.
The front desk service was very good. I wanted to continue my stay, and then helped to fight for a good price with the sales manager.

The hotel environment is very beautiful, the green plants are scattered, the whole is clean and tidy and quiet, and people feel very relaxed as soon as they come in. The reception is warm and courteous, the check-in is efficient and fast, the room service is intimate and thoughtful, and the needs can be responded in time. Let me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

PaowoahWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

The service is really good. I have to say that this store is so heartwarming. I had dysmenorrhea and the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us pour a cup of hot water for warmth, and also gave us a warm baby patch. I felt full of happiness~ The room is spacious and clean. Not only is it very clean, but the decoration and facilities are also in place. It is very comfortable to sleep in the room; it is cost-effective. I really recommend this store. Just like the name of the store, the harbor is the harbor of home, giving people a feeling of returning home. I really recommend this place!
