"The hotel is in a very convenient location, situated right in front of Rogier Metro Station, making it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. There are also several nearby restaurants, which is great if you don’t want to travel far for meals. A Starbucks is located at the same spot as the metro entrance, which is a nice bonus for quick coffee runs.
My overall stay was decent, but there were a few drawbacks. The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably, especially with luggage. Additionally, cleanliness could be improved. I noticed visible dust particles, particularly around the bed area and on the bedside table, which made the room feel less well-maintained than expected.
While the location is definitely a strong point, improvements in room size and cleanliness would make the stay much more enjoyable."

"I booked a room on Trip.com and requested a 'fireworks view' in the comments, if possible. I received the booking confirmation → OK.
To ensure I got the right room, I went to the hotel's website to chat and confirm the view. I had to pay an additional €34 to get this view. WHY? The requested room was in the same category and was already more expensive that day (Dec 31). At that point, I really felt like I was dealing with a low-cost airline. I'm the sucker!
Upon arriving at the hotel, we received the key and went to our room… on the 3rd floor… with absolutely no fireworks view.
We went back down to the reception, and our room was changed to 1205.
Upon entering the room, it was very cold, and we were genuinely surprised by the noise coming from the boulevard → a nasty surprise, we'll need earplugs.
After dinner, we returned to the room at 11:30 PM and heard music coming from outside?? We realized there must be a party somewhere.
We didn't sleep until 7 AM when the music finally stopped.
What a nightmare.
Once we left, we realized there was indeed a nightclub right next door, and we were hearing their music.
I spent €400, had a VERY bad experience that I will share with my friends, and will probably never return — which is a shame, because the last time we came, we had a good experience.
I hope this is helpful. Positive points: the cocktails and breakfast are very good, and the rooms are small but comfortable."

"The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, as the hotel is directly opposite the train station, and most sightseeing spots are within a 10–20 minute walk. We traveled to Brussels mainly for the Christmas markets, which were spread across different areas of the city, and we were able to reach all of them on foot. Although the breakfast was not particularly impressive, it was still convenient and nice to have it included in the stay."

"The sanitation is basically clean, the environment is simple and spacious, like the domestic Hanting. There is a slight dust accumulation on the small countertops such as the toilet. The environment is OK, next to the road but not noisy at night, the heating is warm, the door card lock has an insurance function, someone will call when they open the door, and they are more at ease. In addition to the hotel's basic no toothbrush slippers: no mineral water (to go to the front desk to buy) and tea bags, coffee machines or glasses, toilet paper is very thin and easy to fall off; bath towels and hair dryers are not used, but I feel that the hair dryer is also old and may be hot. The service is no problem 👌, the Indian brother at the front desk is very patient and willing to borrow you to convert the plug. It is worth mentioning that although their home is Italian: I feel that Indian cuisine will be corrected, and the store also has a special signboard. With small bars and restaurants, I didn't go in a hurry."

"Beautiful design at a new hotel. Location was a little far from the city center. If you have sizeable luggage it is not so easy to get to by public transport. The quinoa pancakes at breakfast are very good. We had some minor inconveniences during our stay - there was an issue with the toilet flush that required maintenance and also the TV wasn’t working at first. They were fixed reasonably quickly."

MMsJin says hilton is trashThis Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights.
We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof.
From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see.
Cons:
1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room.
2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes.
3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.

I stayed at Bedford Hotel Brussels for 4 days 3 nights with my family and honestly we’re super satisfied.
Location very strategic, dekat city centre betul-betul. Cuma masa mula-mula sampai tu agak jauh sikit nak jalan kaki dari bahnhof ke hotel sebab waktu tu kami belum beli public transport ticket lagi. Tapi once dah ada ticket, tram & bus memang dekat dengan hotel and terus boleh go around the area, so memang senang nak go anywhere.
Area around the hotel pun easy to find halal-friendly food, memang banyak actually, so jangan risau, just cari memang ada yang halal certified 👍
Room quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family stay.
Service pun tip top, honestly nothing to complain. I asked for extra blanket pun mereka cepat hantar terus ke bilik hihi 🤍
Overall memang recommended kalau datang Brussels with family ✨

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

Room was left half cleaned (towel not changed, even with a sponge left in the toilet) . Hotel location is great accessible through the train station itself at Exit 2. But the room was extremely warm. Front desk did not pick up the call from the room so had to go down multiple times to try to get the room to be colder. In the end, staff only could say they will send someone up but never did. Only people that work the night shift are the front desk staff so they are understandably busy.
Regrettable that this experience did not match the standard of Pullman at other countries as well as the price of the room. Would not really recommend this hotel unless location is a high priority.

SShenhuaguowangThis time, I got a room on the fourth floor, which was more standard (last time, the top-floor 'Dachzimmer' was smaller). The bathroom renovation was also good. The breakfast was quite rich, with self-service freshly squeezed juice, a good variety of cheeses and meats, and excellent baked goods. The hotel is about 150 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around.

GGuest UserAunque la edificación es estupenda y la ubicación también, la gestión de este establecimiento es pésima: la mampara pierde agua y se inunda el baño, con lo que las toallas son escasas. Estaba muy sucio y con arañas (véase la foto), pero lo peor es el servicio, ya que si tienes un problema pasan de avisarte (como les pasó a unas compañeras) que las dejaron en la calle por un problema con el impuesto local SIN PREVIO AVISO. Sinceramente cuando vuelva a Bruselas buscaré otra opción de alojamiento. A nosotros la gestión nos vino muy bien por el buen servicio de Trip.com, pero nuestras amigas que reservaron con Stayforlong fue catastrófico y pasaron unos días de problema en problema. Gracias Trip.com y hasta nunca jamás BApartahotel Grand Place.

TTuzidainiqulvxingIt was alright, pretty standard. It's quite close to the station, and the supermarket behind the hotel has incredibly cheap prices, which was a pleasant surprise! As for the hotel itself, well, it's missing a lot of basic amenities. No slippers, no toothbrush or comb, no kettle, no cups. I can somewhat understand not having a toothbrush, comb, or kettle, since it's Europe after all, but no slippers or cups? That's just unacceptable. Check-in involves doing it online first, then picking up your room key from the front desk. And a 10 AM check-out time is just unreasonable. They say it's new in 2025, but it feels more like a renovation.
