"Although majestically placed in the heart of the Microcentro, or perhaps relying on this sole fact, the staff was one of the rudest and less helpful I've seen in a hotel in this price range in Latin America.
They refused to speak any other language other than Spanish, and when requested to speak slowly so we could listen through the porteño accent, they didn't. When asked about their room service, the answer was a dry ”scan the QR code”. When asked about what would be open (it was Christmas), they told us to ask around the street.
Luckily, the people on the streets were far more warm and helped us get around the city better.
The rooms were good and appropriately clean."

"It was a pleasant stay in the city center. The hotel is new and the room was clean. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have any complimentary water and tea/coffee. Also there’s no kettle in the room to boil water so I can have my coffee in the morning. Other than that all was good. The staff was nice and friendly."

"We booked the standard quadruple room and it was spacious. Some upgrading can be done to this room and the TV only had Spanish channels. Bottled water was not provided.
Receptionists could speak English and helped was there whenever we asked. Location was good."

"The hotel has a dated feel, and understandably, there's a slight old smell. However, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing service truly comparable to a five-star hotel. When I visited, the area outside the entrance was undergoing road construction, which made access difficult and the surroundings a bit messy and dirty. I'm unsure how long the construction is expected to last."

"The room is very big. The hotel is very close to the obelisk. Downstairs is the commercial street, which is also a pedestrian street at night. It is very lively, and there are people singing at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. It is recommended not to stay in a room facing the street."

"I was on a business trip to Argentina, and this hotel is located in the central area of Buenos Aires, not far from the coast. It's surrounded by good public transport and plenty of shops, and close to the Colón Theatre, the Presidential Palace, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, but the breakfast was absolutely not suitable for a Chinese palate. It was just toast and ham, along with various desserts – honestly, even Ibis offers better. What's more, the gym at this supposedly four-star hotel is pathetic. The equipment looks like it's from the last century, and the space is no bigger than two restrooms. I'm speechless. They also don't offer towel changes during the day; I stayed for four nights and never got fresh towels, which is truly frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay."

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Deluxe Apartments in Downtown by BueRentals.
The check in process was smooth and easy, and the location is excellent, very central and just a few blocks from Obelisco de Buenos Aires, which made getting around the city really convenient.
The room was clean and well maintained, and the amenities met all my needs. One thing I really appreciated was that they were able to hold my bags after checkout since I had a late flight, that made a big difference.
I also want to give a special mention to Julia, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and made the whole process seamless. The building also felt secure, with controlled access for entry and exit.
Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Their dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to their hard work and passion for their roles. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by these two remarkable receptionists. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace .

LLiWe stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice.
Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time.
Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained.
Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication.
Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit.It’s good enough for us. Coffee is great!
We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.

AAnazhongyiThe service is excellent. The waiters are incredibly helpful. There are two excellent Chinese restaurants and an Argentinian barbecue restaurant nearby. It's a very safe area, and several popular check-in spots are just a 4-minute walk away. The only downside is that the breakfast is the same every day, and the options aren't as wide as in China. But it's healthy. Everything is freshly squeezed and made to order, with no added preservatives. I absolutely love the fresh juice every day.

LLKHAGVASURENI'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

MMehmetOzgur DirekciI recently stayed at the Buenos Aires Marriott and had the opportunity to experience both the breakfast and the spa facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a sufficient variety of options, though expanding the selection would make it even better. I used the sauna in the spa, which was quite good, and adding a steam room could further enhance the overall experience. The pool is beautifully designed—one of the standout features of the hotel, in my opinion.
The property is centrally located, making it one of the ideal choices for accommodation in the city. I stayed in a Deluxe Room; although the room size was good, the furnishings felt somewhat minimal, giving the room an empty appearance.
Overall, it is a solid hotel that I would recommend. If the points I mentioned are improved, it has the potential to become a place I would confidently recommend to everyone.

GGuest UserThis is the 4th stay. The staff is friendly and very nice. The room has a simple kitchen, but it's very spacious and easy to use. I think that it is beautiful as a whole because it is not so many years since it was built. There are rooms with showers only, but I don't feel so inconvenient. Obelisco and Florida Street are within walking distance, and the subway station is also nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast is perfect continental, so if you are not satisfied, you should buy it at a supermarket. Recommended hotel with high cospa.
