First time in Park City and I can't imagine staying anywhere else! Ada at the front desk stated she ”was there to make people happy”! The room was lovely and we are ready to buy the bedding and pillows. The food at the pool and restaurant (although expensive) was delicious, especially the Caesar salad and omelets. The servers especially Justin were extremely friendly and eager to please. For warned, at the pool, there is a 20% pool service charge (in addition to the gratuity), which we found unreasonable. So the same two salads were $10 more at the pool than at the restaurant. Lobby decor was beautiful especially the chandelier, which was apparently designed by a Utah artist. Pool area is gorgeous, two hot tubs, and the staff brings bottled water in a champagne bucket without asking. Among the best amenities is the free shuttle service that takes you down to main street. We used it quite a bit going to dinner and all the drivers, especially John were great. Coffee in the lobby each morning was nice. Never a wait for an elevator. Next time back in Park City wouldn't consider anywhere else.

Very kind and courteous staff. They did the catering for the 2 day business events, and it was amazing. Healthy options, desserts were not overpowered with sugar, but just enough to enjoy the dessert without feeling sick afterwards. Nice gym. Didn't use the pool. Water in bathroom was hot quickly with great water pressure. Bed and pillows comfortable. I loved the thermostat/heating/air conditioning. Parking was easy to understand. Always had warm cookies available (that was the only dessert that was on the more unhealthy end, but still not at sweet or unhealthy as the gross crumble cookies...yuck!). Food catered: breakfast burritos (amazing!), Salmon (incredible) with potatoes and mixed vegetables, cheesecake (I'm not a cheesecake fan, but theirs was really tasty and included fresh berries), pizza (more on the gourmet side and was really good), salad with dark green mix, soups (pretty tasty), etc. My spouse had a dairy allergy and they were accomodating, even making him a bowl of mixed fresh berries when everyone else ate the cheesecake.

Even upon our arrival, the concierge was eager to recommend and book dinners for us, and Alma, Mike, Debbie and the entire front desk team were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived they suggested we go to a better room than we originally booked and it turned out to be fantastic. Steven and the other shuttle drivers were super nice and on time and took us around Park City safely and easily on a snowstorm day. The Chateaux hotel is very conveniently located and is a great hotel. We had a wonderful family holiday and we hope to come back to Chateaux soon.

We visited Stein's for our anniversary. This is our 9th or 10th visit to Steins because we love it so much. My husband looks forward a Stein Burger every year. This year, to start it was just my husband and myself, but after 2 days our 5 kids (ages 13-3) came up to join us. Whether just the two of us or a whole crew, staff treated us with the same kind, courteous, caring demeanor. We had no needs left unmet. The kids loved the pool, arcade, pizza and fries. Staff made it easy to switch from a couple stay to a family trip. I definitely recommend this whether your coming up as adults only, or as a family. Stein's offers something for everyone.

Located in the Canyon Village area this HGVC property is close to many amenities located in the area. It’s a close walk to the Gondola and many shops and restaurants. The property is well taken care of and there’s always help available at your service. The free shuttle is prompt and reliable, taking you to Main Street or Kimball Junction. The pool is nice and towels are provided. The concierge was helpful with suggestions for viewing local attractions. Maintenance was hit and miss. Our room was missing a tv remote, which was promptly provided, but the ice machine and refrigerator quit working properly, and when I reported to the front desk, nothing was done. That meant three days of getting ice from the first floor and moving refrigerator food items to the freezer in order to stay cool. Another thing is make sure you request a room with air conditioning. I had requested, but upon checking in, they tried to pass off a room with no air. The temperatures were high 80’s. I visited with other guests that were disappointed in getting rooms with no air. So if you’re visiting in warm weather, I’d check ahead of time on the air conditioning situation. A plus was the parking. We never had a problem finding a spot on the underground parking. There’s also the option of valet. Overall this is a good option of a property to stay. We are owners at another HGVC and wanted to try a new property. We’d come back here.

Excellent
MMichelleIt was located right in between to two busy places of park city. I loved that they offered cookies and hot chocolate during the afternoon. They had an extensive complimentary breakfast with lots of seating in the restaurant. The weekend we were there the ice rink was closed which was a bummer but not a big deal. I liked that they had a indoor/outdoor pool and two hot tubs, one outdoor and one indoor. The pool was definitely too cold to swim in for winter. They also had a steam room and sauna.
The room was a decent size and roomy for my husband and I. I wish the fridge would actually get cold enough to keep food cold but we were only there one night. The bed was very comfortable. The walls are a little bit thin, we could hear our neighbors around 3 am drunk talking loudly. They did have a noise curfew but it was being ignored.
GGuest UserThis is the cheapest room in the trip, the environment is quite good, basically foreigners, next to the Outlets, most people come here to ski! The room is also very clean! There are warm pools and many children are playing inside.
GGuest UserI have been coming to this property for over 20 years and it has always been an excellent experience! The location of this property is ideal. The walk from the ski valet to the ski slopes is less than 1 minute. The property is kept very clean and they are constantly making improvements to the guest experience. The rooms are recently remodeled and are very nice. Monique at the front desk was very kind and helped answer any questions or concerns we had.
GGuest UserWe had an exceptional experience, from our late night check in to our iffy departure during a snowstorm the staff were helpful and accommodating. Our 2-bedroom suite with full kitchen, dining and living space was perfect for our blended family and the valley view was spectacular. The location was perfect for families and the hotel shuttle for local attractions was an unexpected bonus. Our only complaint would be the food which was not great and pretty expensive for what it was, but we were able to prepare and eat a lot of our meals in our room. Overall, the experience was just what we had hoped for. Would highly recommend for families looking for a traditional ski vacation.
Perfect location for hiking and I imagine skiing in the winter. Short and easy walk to the main lift and center of canyons village. Layout of room is so efficient, they even offer a fridge and stove. Building amenities are A+, we loved the steam room and hot tub. Park city bus system is so efficient so renting a car isn't needed, bus pickup is right next to the building, but they offer free parking in the interior garage if you do drive. Would absolutely book again.
Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our week long stay at Silverado Lodge in Canyons Village, Park City. We had our 7 and 12 year old with us and we skied everyday we were there. The location was convenient to the mountain. We took the free shuttle to the top of the Cabriolet each day rather than walk since it is a bit of an uphill walk. Without the kids we probably would've just walked but the shuttle was an easy and nice method of transportation. Our 2 bedroom, 3 full bathroom unit was newly remodeled and perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc which was great as we cooked and ate in most nights. We had a nice patio with furniture we sat on daily and took in the views! The pool and hot tub were always open and the front desk staff were friendly and available when we needed something. There isn't any daily housekeeping but you can schedule it and pay an extra fee to have your room cleaned. We didn't need to and only called front desk when we needed more toilet paper, towel service and trash pickup. The only signs of construction we saw was some exposed ceiling sections but it wasn't bothersome and we never heard any construction noise. We also valeted our skis each day inside the front lobby and each morning they'd already be waiting outside for us to grab just before hopping on the shuttle. There was underground garage parking at the lodge as well. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would stay at the Silverado Lodge again!
