From my arrival I was impressed with the friendliness and welcomeness of the entire staff. The location is beautiful, the rooms are completely furnished with everything you need to be comfortable. The Italian restaurant is 5 stars, the amenities are plentiful, excellent and helpful shuttle app and system all with a personal touch. I already can't wait to g back and see all my friends at the Chateaux- thanks you all!

Absolutely excellent all around. Service was impeccable. Gregory was beyond helpful in showing us to our room, giving us a tour of the property and also driving us to downtown. He was friendly and personable. Hotel room is beautiful with a spacious bathroom and great views. We are spending more time at the hotel than downtown just to enjoy the property. Hope to return!!

Great property in an amazing setting! My clients and guests loved The Chateaux. The quality and variety of the banquet food was great. From breakfast to snacks, my guests raved. It is the perfect setting for your next corporate meeting or life event. We will be back next year. :)

Our executive offsite was a great success at The Chateaux. The weather was great in August and an overall great experience. The Chateaux has a shuttle service to transport you to dinners and recommended Snow Country Limo for transportation that was further out.

We made a last minute stop here on the final night of a long road trip and are really glad we did. The room (we had a studio) was beautiful and clean and had a balcony with a lovely view out toward the ski areas. Not only was the resort wonderful, but every person we interacted with was incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. We travel a lot, and it was obvious that this is a culture at this place. We will certainly return.

Beautiful venue with excellent service. Adults loved the setting, walkability and staff, kids loved the pool. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this property has a lot to offer. We enjoyed a great summertime stay even though it's most known for wintertime activity.

Really amazing experience in the Residences. Concierge went above and beyond and helped out a lot w/ our family of 5. Unit was in great condition and daily cleaning was fantastic. Highly recommend for any family that needs more space and can utilize the concierge services (Residences).

Held a conference there for work and it was wonderful. Great food and service at the hotel with a very friendly staff. The location is beautiful as you are in the mountains, but just a few miles from Main St. in Park City. The shuttle service was very quick and a great place to stay.

The service at the Chateaux in Deer Valley was unparalleled. From the concierge named Temple to the drivers who shuttled us back-and-forth from Deer Valley to Park city and around Deer Valley, we felt so well taken care of, and so welcomed throughout the entire experience ! From our awesome suite to all the little details during our stay - our mother - daughter vacation was by far , one of the best ever!
