Catastrophic wine list: few white wine references and the Sauvignon was disgusting. Unqualified and very stiff staff. A lot of change in a week. I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. I am also confirming that my 20-inch suitcase is locked. And double locked in the 30-inch luggage. And the laptop is locked in the iron cabinet provided by the hotel, and the lock is double-checked. before leaving the room. PM 18:40 I return to the hotel. After charging in the lobby on the first floor, return to the second floor at 19:40 PM. When I opened the door with a magnetic card, I found that the 20-inch suitcase was taken out of the 30-inch suitcase. Both pieces of luggage had been vandalized open and things were missing. The lock on the iron cabinet was also damaged, and the laptop inside was not taken away. I immediately went downstairs to inform the hotel counter and asked her to come upstairs with me. The hotel is in a really nice position very close to the metro station of Jaurès that can get you basically everywhere. The place was clean and there is the chance to leave there your luggage if you come to early for check in or if you need to leave it after check out. That earns the 2 stars in my review. Unfortunately this was probably my worst experience in a hotel. Checking in I was told that we got an upgrade and, instead of our view on the city we got what is supposedly a better room facing an internal wall. I must say that I am not sure if that was really an upgrade because it didn't feel like it - and this makes me wonder what would have been a regular room. Rooms are poorly insulated and I could hear perfectly what was going on in the rooms next to our. The cleaning was good, but unfortunately the cleaning lady forgot to close our door and, when we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we found the door open. The only answer we got when we reported the issue was ”oh, that's not good” - indeed it isn't. Growing up in a similar business I have been taught to do what it take to make happy your guests and I found odd that I couldn't get a couple of spoons when I asked for them (”breakfast is closed now so we don't have spoons”). All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The price doesn't match the service.

The hotel room feels average, the soundproofing is not very good, it is very close to the subway supermarket, and the transportation is convenient. The room is actually provided with a stove and tableware, it is very convenient to cook your own meals, and there is a microwave

Despite several inquiries, the room was not available until 2:30 p.m. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The bedding was pleasant. The safe had not been checked before moving in and could only be used after it had been unlocked. The shower had a handheld and a waterfall shower. The latter did not work. Very low water pressure in the shower. The shower was very slippery! Breakfast was decent. Good selection with salmon, s*****es, cheese, yoghurt and fruit. The service was very slow, however. You had to wait forever for bread. The lobby had dirty chairs. They need to be improved. 1 or 2 international TV channels would not be bad either. Overall a 3 with a tendency to improve.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

The hotel’s location is so good. Metro station 3 minutes walk and only 20 minute walk to the nearest hop on hop off bus stop. Staff friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean. It was small though. Would have been fine for two people but it was myself and my 2 adult children - wish we had booked a four person room and paid a little extra as with the extra bed in the double room there was zero floor space left for our belongings/suitcases. All in all a good stay. Le Camelia across the road had a lovely breakfast and we had a fab dinner and we’ll-priced cocktails at ZigZag Cafe 100m down the road.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.

In the city center, 2 minutes away from the subway station, there are many restaurants and fun things around. Anyway, it is very convenient. The front desk has a very good memory and is very safe. However, the door is a bit small and the room is a bit small! You need to turn on the heating yourself. feels pretty good in general,
