ZERO STAR HOTEL!!! I travelled with my Husband for our ANNIVERSARY to celebrate and make it magical. I did pre called and emailed the Hotel in advance they ensure we have a nice room. The phone was not working in the room. We reported it to the Reception the Guy did not even bothered to come upstairs to check or do something about it at all the whole time during our stay. 5 days the cleaners never come into the room clean or tidy, myself emptied the bin in the bathroom. WIFI was not working at all. The Television turned into Ghost and every night 2:00AM turned ON with a loud noise automatically. We almost jumped out from bed as it was so scary. We reported it as well to the Reception but the Guy unfortunately did not attend and nothing happened either. The sad part of it, the attitude and mentality for the Receptionist was extremely poor. He did not even put an effort he cares or come and check or apologized or whatsoever. I paid huge amount of money for 5 days stay and also for the facilities. I did not stayed there for charity! I am so upset because the Costumer Service was rubbish and even a Student Accommodation would be look after the Guest especially for a Special event like ours was. To give this 1 star is still not deserved!!!

Firstly, the price was fantastic. The location is close to a Metro station and a bus stop. It is only 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower by Metro. It is also close to the train station by bus. The reception area was welcoming they also spoke good English. The room was very clean, and had air conditioning. The shower was great and also clean. Don’t be put off by the stairwell on the road towards the hotel when you first arrive (coming from the metro). It is near a police station, very well lit, so also very safe. I would stay here again!

The intimacy of the toilet was also in a very small space where a person is suitable for hard torment and with a transparent mampara where the person's figure is sighted while doing his needs. Very happy in general.

The hotel is small, doesn’t have refrigerator and safe box but staff are great especially Islam was very friendly and helpful … :) Location of the hotel is good as well close to bus stop and metro station and the neighborhood is safe and peaceful so close to two great parcs

For a short stay this accommodation is fine, the carpet on the stairs could use a cleaning yet the rooms are small but clean, beds are made fresh every day. Its better to grab breakfast outside somewhere. There is luggage storage and the metrostations are nearby, so its easy to get to the city center. Its alright accommodation for a short stay but don't expect anything more. The rooms on the inside have a wall window view but also no street noise. Enjoy Paris!

We spent several nights in this very well located and very quiet room. Located in the 17th, near the pedestrian streets that give the charm of the capital, it is possible to reach the metres that serve all the neighborhoods quickly with little walk. The rooms are very well-amenated and spacious for Paris, the desk host was also a beautiful delivery while we landed very early ... This hotel becomes our reference for our tourist stays in Paris.

This is my first time staying at Grand Hotel Chicago and I my experience has been exceptional. Staff is super friendly and beyond helpful. Location is great My husband and I traveled with 3 kids and we got a connecting room and it was perfect and spacious. Around the hotel on rue de dames there are lots of nice bistro and all amenities. ( supermarket, self service laundry, pharmacy, subway- all a short walk away) Really convenient, very clean, quiet and and great atmosphere. Would go back- absolutely.

Great staff! Professional, kind, and welcoming. Great location. Walking distance to metro to go anywhere in Paris. At least 3 markets near by to pick up essentials. Only thins that I would recommend an upgrade would be the refrigerator and air conditioner. Might be that I just didn't know how to properly use since I'm from USA. Other than that, my family had a great time. Safe neighborhood and great location to have quick access to hop on metro and travel around town. Would recommend to friends and family going to Paris.

The rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were very comfortable. At the time of the booking there was no possibility of separate beds, but having reported the difficulties for my children(big) to sleep together in such a small bed, as soon as they were available, they changed their room by transferring them to the third Plane in a large room with two single beds. Staff always present is available. Not very central area but the evening walks reach Monmatre in a quarter of hour. Good quality-price ratio. I would return!
