Hotels in Saint Germain des Pres, Paris

Located in the bustling business district of Saint Germain de Pepe, it is a small and medium-sized listed 4 star traditional hotel. Easy to go shopping, walk the Louvre, Otseia, Orange Garden, the Palais des Palais des Palais de la Palais, Luxembourg, Notre Dame (renovated), Saint Chapel, Paris ancient prison, Shakespeare bookstore, etc., within 20 minutes. The hotel room is more spacious, the layout has a bit of French classical taste, the service is good, the two uncles at the front desk are very kind and humorous, but the room furniture is old, the hygiene is general, the bath needs to stand in the bathtub and no shower curtain, although dry and wet separation, but the bathroom is closed and small. There are many restaurants around, and the LV store opposite the downstairs is the famous Huashen Cafe. There is a large department store food supermarket on the right side of the right intersection of the hotel. There are everything, but there are no Chinese restaurants within two kilometers. There are only two Japanese meals and two Japanese ramen restaurants, which is slightly inconvenient. In addition, the hotel entrance is the taxi stand-by point, give the travel added convenience.

4 days before my check in my credit card got charged by the hotel, when checking in I mentioned I already paid for it, the front desk person got very upset, I agreed to give him a credit card thinking things were going to be fixed during my 5 night stay, well, nothing got fixed. 3 out of the 5 nights we did NOT have HOT WATER!! Also, you can hear AND feel the train till very late at night making it very hard to have a good night sleep. He checked my family and my friends family at the same time but gave me her keys and gave her mine, one afternoon I wasn’t feeling and didn’t have my key with me, stopped by the desk to ask for one, instead of asking for my ID and try to figure it out what happened he refused to give me a key, it took me like 10 minutes to make him understand it was not my fault I’m in my friend’s room. The elevator is so tiny, enough for 1 person and 2 pieces of luggage so 9 out 10 times you need to use the narrow stairs (5 floors in our case) Yeah location is good but nothing extraordinary you still have to walk several blocks to find a restaurant. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, still waiting for my credit card refund, horrible experience overall.

Best hotel! Made for a perfect home base for our mom daughter trip! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every time we walked into the hotel we felt at home. Sanjay was incredible! He made us feel like we were the most special guests at the hotel and we know he made everyone feel that way! He was always checking in to see if we needed anything and see how we were doing. I contacted him a month or 2 prior to our stay and he made wonderful suggestions! He made us reservations for dinners- each one more delicious than the other and helped us secure tickets during our trip within minutes of asking! The airline lost our luggage and he worked diligently to help us get it back the next day. The hotel is truly lovely, decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed getting into bed after full days on our feet! Location was perfect too! When we return to Paris we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation! Can’t wait to return!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Great location, great room, great team. I recommend the place for a stay in the heart of Paris/St-Germain des près. The room are quite big and very comfortable and the team is very nice. The price is in the average for Paris, but the quality is great.

We had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic, the staff lovely and always helpful. Good breakfast. We had a family room which suited our needs. The only thing I would mention is that I thought the bathroom was going to be in between the two rooms but instead was inside one of the two. But really that wasn't a major problem.

In our opinion an absolutely wonderful location for a Paris holiday, in the heart of the 6th Arrond, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and art galleries, a stone's through from Blvd St. Germain and an easy walk to the Louvre or the Musée d'Orsey. The hotel itself has lovely rooms, reasonably sized and very well priced considering the 4-star service and amenities. The staff is superb: friendly, knowledgable, helpful and always available 24/7. The breakfast selection is large and the food is fresh and delicious. Requests for information or booking assistance for restaurants, museums or other attractions are handled by the exceptionally well-informed and charming concierge, Sanjay, and his colleagues at the front desk. We spent a lovely week here and we're coming back!

This was a perfect stay for us in Paris. I love the location in the 6th arrondissement. Quaint and quiet but nearby lots to see and do. Nayara and the rest of the staff were so pleasant and helpful. I loved the cheerful greetings everyday, the rooms were great and breakfast delicious. Thank you and we will be back!

Millésime is located in my favourite area of Paris with a central location in a quiet, pretty street. The hotel is a small boutique with a mix of sleek, modern styling while embracing its historic roots. We stayed in three superior rooms across three floors and each room looked out onto Rue Jacob, which meant that we could soak up the sounds of Paris when the French doors were open but couldn’t hear any street noise when shut which was perfect for a great night’s sleep ! I cannot express just how wonderful the Millésime staff are. Kind, friendly and more than willing to help aid you with bookings to make your trip even more special. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend Millésime to others.

Super nice hotel with good Paris environment and very convenience, a great hotel to stay with family and kids here, all the services are good specially reception. I will take the first choice if I come back Paris! The fantastic time to stay at Novotel Paris, there are so many restaurants nearby and the location is safe. If you need by train, just 1 mins to the station.
