"Worst hotel experience ever. Bed bugs , rude operators and just horrible customer service. Wanted nothing but to harass us and nickel And dime. Have you ever heard of being charged $10 for the plastics key cards. Yea. Oh and are guest, my 5 year old and 3 year old granddaughters weren’t welcome - multiple issues with the absolute rudest people ever. Not to mention we have been killing bugs full of blood now as well. Stay away."
