I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel, which was completely inconsistent with the high standards it claims. During my stay, I accidentally left some valuable gifts in the room, and the staff failed to retrieve them despite providing very accurate details of the location of the items. The response I received was very perfunctory and unconvincing, and only mentioned some processes and regulations that were obviously invalid. This incident made me seriously doubt the professionalism and credibility of the staff. A hotel that claims to be high-end should provide impeccable service and strict management, especially in such a sensitive situation. However, after multiple attempts to contact management, I felt ignored and perfunctory, and management was never available and did not provide any specific solutions. This not only wasted my time and energy, but also made me deeply disappointed and felt that the hotel completely ignored the care and attention of its guests. I will never patronize this hotel again, nor recommend it to any guest who expects professional service and respect.
