100% recomendable. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Ubicación más que aceptable, cerca del centro y del aeropuerto en metro (estación Gare du Nord). Calle muy tranquila y sin ruidos. Habitación bien equipada, limpia y con buena calefacción. La gente de la recepción es extremadamente maja.

Abbiamo soggiornato dall’11 gennaio al 13 . Hotel discretamente pulito, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile (ci hanno anche fornito gli adattatori per le prese che erano diverse) . La posizione è comodissima ed è facile raggiungere tutti i posti più importanti, si poteva andare a Montmatre direttamente a piedi. Camera abbastanza spaziosa per due persone con televisore. L’unico problema erano le persone che circondavano la metro vicino all’hotel, del resto tutto ottimo

Отель а ля переночевать в центре Парижа между прогулочными днями. Удобств минимум: раковина, душ, туалет. Есть сейф. Холодильник, кондиционер отсутствуют. Завтраки очень скудные, кофе, 2 булочки, масло и повидло. Лучше поесть за углом. Персонал расположен к вам нейтрально. На улице как правило всегда шумно, рядом какие то тусовки полукриминальных арабов. Из плюсов хорошее расположение отеля, метро в 3 минутах ходьбы

Hôtel silencieux. Nous étions au 6 ème et dernier étage, au calme, pourtant au coeur de Barbès. Juste à côté du métro. Un personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Adorable avec les enfants, ma fille a été gâtée, cartes postales de Paris et bonbons.

A fine hotel. Staff was generally friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were cleaned well. Breakfast was quite cheap at €7, but also very really nothing special. Supermarket crossaint and dripper-coffee. Rooms were way too cold as they apparantly do not put on the heat in October. Area is one of the most dodgy inside Peripherique.

Piccolo albergo a 1 minuto a piedi dalla metro. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per Parigi. Stanza nuova e pulita. Avevo paura per le recensioni sul quartiere definito non adatto alle famiglie ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Difetti: niente condizionatore ma ventilatore a pale sul soffitto, niente bollitore anche se scritto sul sito.
