When I booked the room, I clearly stated that I wanted a quiet room. The room I was given on the first day was not quiet. On the second day, I had to pack my suitcases and change rooms. They moved me to a 2-square-meter room on the 5th floor, which cost me 180 euros more. That's it, so I didn't give a bad review.
