The service is not good, the cleaning is very poor, I was charged more taxes upon arrival, the hotel is very far from the center and the area seems very unsafe, full of street vendors, the service leaves a lot to be desired, not at all cordial or empathetic.

In the application I booked one thing at the hotel, they gave me another, in this case the room plus breakfast. And they gave me a small room without a shower or bathroom and without breakfast and I was supposed to pay for a room for disabled people with breakfast, bad, really bad, and when I got here I told them and instead of doing what I told them, they charged me half a room more for adding a bathroom and the tiny room looks like a hole.

The hotel was located in an easy and accessible area. The staff could not speak english and therefore there was a lot of confusion. We were even denied breakfast for the 3 day stay as they were saying that we have not paid for it. Later on, we had to involve Trip.com to resolve the issue and got a refund from Trip.com
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for easy and accessible approach and reasonable price
