Location was great for price, however the safe didn't work. When I addressed the front desk, the rep couldn't fix the safe even after replacing batteries. I'd expected the safe to be operating before my check-in. Also there wasn't enough lighting at night. Shower was great, however the toilet flushing was weak. I also didn't like leaving room key to the front desk and picking up every time I left hotel and returning. The hotel seems a bit old and run down, I expected better compared to all the hotels I've stayed and traveled in Europe including several hotels in Paris, 6th Arrondissement.

For my part, this is the first time that I have had to go find and replace burnt out light bulbs.... especially in a so-called suite!!!!
Fragonard products not present contrary to information on their website for suite 24 that we reserved!
Room without toilet paper, only half a roll already used, I had to ask reception on the ground floor and go back to our room with the rolls under my arm.
TV where many channels are inaccessible (TF1, M6, TMC, France 2 ect...) Worse, the next day no more channels available on the two screens present in the suite!
The sliding doors of the rooms of my suite 24 unusable, complaints unnailed, ceiling plaster ready to fall, dirty floor, 1 thalasso nozzle in the room is broken and yellow...
All these malfunctions were reported to reception the same evening of our arrival, the lady simply told us that this was noted but when we left, no apology in fact no request to know if our stay was pleasant on the part of 'another lady present.
In conclusion, a hotel to avoid absolutely!!! In short, my worst stay!
