The hotel has complete facilities and a very strategic location. Close to stations and tourist attractions. Although the room is relatively small, it is no problem for short trips.

Quand même spécifier que pour moi cet hôtel est un 3*+ mais pas un 4*. A l'arrivée, la réception refroidit beaucoup ( très petit hall, un peu cheap) Sans parler de la salle de petit déjeuner à l'entrée, tables et chaises collées; petit buffet... Service de bagagerie précieux et gratuit Excellent personnel, sympathiques et réactifs. Chambre de luxe assez petites et sombres mais très bon matelas et oreiller sublime ! Salle de bain fonctionnelle, assez grande. Petit dej pas digne d'un 4*, vienoiseries insipides, pains idem ... Autre point fort; hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas des grands magasins ...

Friendly staff with fantastic service
All the staff were really helpful and internal communication between staff was fantastic. My train tickets were cancelled suddenly by Rail Ninja without any reasons one night before our departure. Staff, a male staff on night shift on 13 Jun 2022 (sorry that i didn't get the name as I was frantically looking for alternatives) was very kind to help me send request to Rail Ninja and advising that I should book with Thalys.
I also left a gift at the reception to hand it to my colleague whom I couldn't meet due to some unforseen circumstances. The next morning when I checked with the reception, the staff were all aware of the gift arrangement. A very cohesive team with good internal communication on guest's needs.
Kudos to all the staff at Gramont Hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Paris next time.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is in a beautiful street and close to everything you could possibly need. The staff were exceptional. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very small but for a weekend it was comfortable and well equipped. The price was high but this is probably expected for this part of Paris. The staff were exceptional - Thank you to everybody at the Gramont.

Property was walkable to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the Louvre. Lots of restaurants and the Big red bus pick up area that we took tours on was about 8 minute walk.

Gramont is a great mixure of old Parisian style and youthful energy! I loved all the little details and care, service and lovely breakfast.
