A pousada fica muito longe do centro histórico . Se chove as ruas não tem asfalto, vira uma lama só Tem ônibus gratuito que passa em frente mas o último pra voltar é 22 horas Uber na cidade não funciona , cobram 30,00 pra voltar até o hotel em sistema de táxi sem táximetro . É um valor padrão para o bairro Jabaquara Os quartos cheios de pernilongos . O café da manhã é simples , mas tem boas opções . Porém servido tarde, começa às 8 horas e aí fica aquela fila imensa aguardando Não tem mercado , padaria ou farmácia perto . Eu não recomendo , muito mal localizada .

Foi uma viagem maravilhosa. A pousada Mar Azul e super aconchegante e a limpeza e perfeita. Quando cheguei já era tarde e fui muito bem recepcionada. Todos na pousada são atenciosos fora que me inseriram em um passeio de escuna com uma parceria maravilhosa, ou seja, cuidam de nós até mesmo fora da estadia. Cidade linda. Voltarei mais vezes.

Levei grupo de excursão, primeira vez na POUSADA MAR AZUL e foi uma experiência incrível, check-in foi super prático conforme solicitei com CAROL, recepção super atenciosos com todos do grupo, quartos super limpos, roupas de camas e toalhas impecavel, organizados, espaçosos, confortáveis, ambiente aconchegante e mto tranquilo, café da manhã, aliviou mto minha programação por ser adiantado em 30 minutos. Espaco da piscina mto gostoso. Deixo aqui um HIPER RECOMENDO A POUSADA MAR AZUL. Agradeço a Carol q deu todo apoio desde sempre, Claudiana e as meninas q ajudaram no café da manhã e na limpeza, além do rapaz q prestou todo apoio ao nosso grupo além das atenciosas recepcionistas. Obrigado pela recepção de todos vcs.

Não tem vaga no estacionamento para todos os hóspedes, tendo que deixar em alguns momentos na beira da piscina, atendimento bem devagar da recepção.
Quarto com cheiro de mofo e ar condicionando jorrando água, foi concertado no segundo dia, mas não tinha quarto para trocar. Condensadora do ar condicionado do quarto ao lado fica na janela do quarto que ficamos, muito barulho.
Único ponto positivo é o café da manhã, muito bem servido e fresco.

This hotel is dangerous and should not be visited. They poisoned my colleague with pesticide through a mistake in spraying THROUGH the air conditioning units (he was asleep and was breathing this in for several hours) and took no responsibility whatsoever. He was very ill for three days and they never even checked on him, also not when we had to take him to hospital. That being said, it's a very low quality hotel. Amenities are broken or outdated and it's so minimalistic, it's almost impossible to live there. Careful, there are open high voltage wires INSIDE the shower. And there isn't even a small bedside lamp. The cleaning lady took my drinking water the few times she came and threw away the bottle, even if it was still half full. And are the many bites and blisters on my legs when I woke up bugs that are in the mattress?? It's very, very possible. All in all, never again.

Foi bacana a experiência, porém eu fiquei no quarto 07 e tenho rinite o quarto tem cheiro de mofo não tem muita ventilação por mais que tenha ar condicionado, atacou minha rinite, caso vc tenha rinite oriento pegar um quarto arejado com sacada. O café da manhã foi bom.
