First we got a room that leaked. After we showed a video and pictures we got another neat room with compliments from the manager and staff.

The Torarica Resort is a very good hotel. The property is very expansive close to a beautiful river, and it also adjourn the Royal Torarica hotel. The staff are very friendly, they know their stuff, very professional and always wear smiles on their faces. The food in thd hotel is very hood and the portions are on the very large sizes.
The only downside is the booming music coming from one or two specific bars and lounges directly opposite the hotel. The noise kept us awake most of the nights, with thunderous shakes of the windows. The hotel management must engage the government to either move the clubs or limit their unnecessarily loud music to the daytime.

A decent room but the sink is not very practical because it is quite small. The shower hose was leaking so it wet the floor or hair even if you were careful. The staff is very patient and welcoming. The room service is decent, the setting is beautiful and pleasant and the hotel is close to several excellent restaurants or snack bars.
The city center is accessible 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

The trust level with guests is low, evident by the nightly deposits required, which feels unnecessary for business clients paying premium rates. Friendly staff en good food. Rooms have various issues such as weak showers, noise disturbances from the gym and pool, and lack of proper amenities like tea-making facilities. Communal areas like the terrace feel cramped and not suitable for work, with Wi-Fi often unreliable at other area's. The hotel seems more focused on catering to locals visiting for leisure, with high prices for dining and smoking allowed in communal areas. While renovations are underway, it’s crucial to align the facilities and service with the needs of business travelers, particularly in terms of providing workspaces, good Wi-Fi, and a reception that can think ahead and assist efficiently. For the price—comparable to high-end hotels in Europe and the US—guests expect better service, more comfortable rooms, and a more business-friendly environment.

This was not my first stay at this hotel and I can really recommend this hotel. The only downside are the rooms facing the street with the petrol station opposite. On weekends, people gather there and play loud music all night long. So it's almost impossible to get any sleep on those days.

Flights get in very late so upon arrival at the hotel most of us are hungry. No vending machines or any late night room service. Otherwise great hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There were many activities to keep you occupied. The breakfast was excellent and served buffet style. Overall, the trip was thoroughly enjoyed.

The staff is their biggest asset. Very thoughtfull. Good communication skills. Breakfast is excellent till 11u. Local surprises. Good capuccino. Cozy pool and restaurant. Good Wellnes facilities. Location is perfect. Some rooms a litte bit outdated. Renovation has started.
