Although we have stayed here about 8 times in the past, there was one situation this time that made us decide that we probably would not return. In the past, the TV had very good selections. However, this time the selections were very poor and featured no major channels. This meant that we were unable to watch our Phillies Championship games which we had looked forward to seeing while there. We were told that Comcast found it not profitable to provide service there. However, we wondered whether it was because Memorytown did not want to pay for the cable service. We loved our cabin and the grounds. However, there is very little to do and without a decent TV station, it made it somewhat boring.

Comfortable stay in the Cottage. Nice surrounding area. Had an issue and management resolved well. Good value and close to Camelback Resort for Skiing in the Poconos. Was there after a big snow and kids loved playing in the snow in the woods!

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights , while visiting for a NASCAR race . What a lovely place ! A sweet little cabin with everything you need for 2 people . Clean, cozy and with a beautiful view . We arrived after dark , but Gabby at the front desk called my cellphone 2x to check on our arrival. She reassured me that she would still be there to greet us . Wonderful customer service . The room had one bed , a fireplace, bathroom with a shower and a small table with 2 chairs .

We stayed in the Hickory premium cabin 11/18/2022-11/20/2022. My husband and I were looking for a weekend escape getaway that was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was cozy, cute, quaint and very clean which is exactly what we wanted. We had a fireplace and brought some duraflame logs with us. There is a mini fridge in the room, as well as a very small single serve coffee maker (must use the packs provided, it is not a keurig.) Some attractions that we visited that are in close proximity are the Tannersville outlets, Callie's Candy Kitchen, and Mountainhome Candle. Mount Airy ****** and Great Wolf Lodge are very close as well. Because we arrived when it was dark outside, it was difficult to find where we needed to check in. We had to stop at their on-site restaurant (only open for dinner) to ask where we needed to go. We were provided a map of the property, however there was no information that explained what the buildings were and what times they were open, so we didn't visit any of them. The shower in our cabin was very small. You can't bend down or you will hit your head off the shower wall. The bed was absolutely horrible and extremely uncomfortable. We tossed and turned all night. Would we stay here again? Yes, but I would need to bring a mattress topper with me. I would recommend: 1. Please upgrade the quality of the mattresses. 2. Replace the single serve coffee maker with a keurig or an actual coffee pot maker. 3. Add a small microwave in the premium cabins. There is more than enough room to do so. 4. Explain the buildings on your property map to your guests. 5. Update your website to include more information about your property and better pictures.
