We were greeted in a very hospital and charming way. Anna-Marrie, or Marie Ann not sure how to spell it gave us a very warm welcome, a drink and an interdiction to the Hotels amenities.
Make sure you request a south facing room if you visit in winter. The first room they gave us had no shade and was very cold; apparently the air conditioning is only for cold air and this had no warm settings etc. I got a mini cold as we were freezing but thankfully they found a new room to move us into the next evening.
We also called in advance and informed them that we are vegan n vegetarian but the staff at breakfast couldn’t help us when we asked about some food information. Especially when they mince meat Kouppes were mixed with the vegan ones. The answer was just don’t eat it! I don’t know which one is which 🤦🏻♀️
Aw well, we did not let 2 staff members affect our vacay. The private pool was nice but again not heated ~ we shall definitely come back to try the Spa and other restaurants.
We were also given a 15% discount and membership card for both of us. Worth giving it a go.

Returned yesterday from the Paphian bay yesterday having booked it on the recommendations on this website - what an error! Firstly ensure you are staying in a room to the left of the reception unless you don't want to sleep before 11.30pm - the rooms to the right are above the 'music' lounge which is extremely noisy. The hotel only has 1 restaurant which only serves a buffet of virtually identical food every night. There is nowhere to eat anything decent outside of breakfast and dinner and it's a good 30-45 minutes walk into town...suggest you hire a car. In the week we were there we saw no-one in the pool - absolutely freezing as was the indoor pool which was not heated. The pictures sum it up - no-one in the pool and no-one sun-bathing.... The average age of the guests was at least 55 which is fine as long as you are not there with 3 small children. As for the evening entertainment well Simon Cowell wouldn't be commenting on too many of these 'entertainers' Although the staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel is totally soulless with no character and I have absolutely no idea why it gets the comments it does - each to their own I guess.

My girlfriend and I decided to stay at this hotel due to reviews off tripadvisor. This hotel is an average hotel, not dirty and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was just what we needed it was clean and the only thing I'd have to complain about is the air con wasn't too great but yet it was cool enough that I wasn't uncomfortable at night. The rooms are cleaned daily and bath towels changed frequently. My girlfriend and I are 21 and did feel welcome there although I think the hotel is aimed more at older people due to stuff like the entertainment in the evening, but we went there planning to go out into Paphos every night so it was no problem for us. The pool area and gardens were very clean and are very nice to sunbathe round although the pool started to get quite dirty before we left due to I think quite a few children turning up. The beach was ok outside the hotel but is quite dirty in some places. We stayed Bed and breakfast at the Paphian Bay and had no problems with the food (I thought the crepes were alright) and also there is quite alot of variety for breakfast. I found this hotel a very nice peaceful and quiet hotel and would completely agree on the 3 star rating which is it's official rating.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in June. First impressions were not favourable. The decor looked very tired and worn and I was very disappointed with the bedroom. The bathroom was the size of a broom cupboard and the room clearly had not been cleaned properly before checking in (I've since established there was a seperate Sunday/Monday cleaner who was nowhere near as efficient as the lovely lady who cleaned the rooms Tuesday to Saturday. The food was very good, the staff helpful and despite previous reports I found the pool area to be clean. Please disregard the hotel/brochures description of the beach area. The beach was rocky with very little sand and littered with fag ends. I found the location of the hotel perfect, much better to be out of town and be able to walk in, which you can do within 20 minutes. The weather was excellent. Very disappointed with Paphos town, every other building was a a KFC, MacDonalds, Debenhams or Next. Much prefer Northern Cyprus to the south.

From the minute you get here you are spoilt. Greeted warmly by Miruna from reception who looked after us throughout with a huge hug on departure. Upgraded to a junior one bedded suite which was fab. All the staff are amazing. Marios efficiently oversees all the restaurants and staff say he is great to work with which is why many of them have been there so long. Big thanks to Nikola for always being so hard working and professional and Joanna for having our bottle of wine ready every night. Food was great with loads of choice. Round the pool Christian ensured we always had a drink and made sure the 12.00 smoothies were there on time for George the bar manager to hand out. Evening entertainment was average but the lovely Usha and smiley Rana kept us topped up with premium brand drinks so who cares! Amazing hotel, wonderful staff. We will be back

Stayed for the first time, the location and service provided was first class. Every member of staff we had contact with were exceptional, helpful, friendly and very enthusiastic about the hotel. Have no hesitation in recommending the Asimina Hotel

Once again, we decided to stay at the Asiminia Suites upon our return to Paphos. There were no comments about the suite we were given, and every member of staff were polite and friendly but professional at all times throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to book into the Kymata Restaurant for several nights due to no availability, which was very disappointing as clearly the restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel. Had we been able to book a table at the restaurant, when required, rather than going to different restaurants in Paphos. However, we will return to the Asiminia Suites for our next visit to Paphos, but book bed,breakfast and evening meal.

Fantastic hotel with very attentive and friendly and friendly staff. Food was delicious as were the cocktails. Good and comprehensive wine collection. Pool area was very good with the pool at just the right temperature. Bit disappointed with the entrance pontoon to the sea, it didn’t look that safe viewing others who were trying to get into the sea.

THE BEST service by Usha from the bar, we love her and she really is the best employee here. We felt very well taken care of and would love to come here again for her. A wonderful person with a warm character, he will make you feel at home and at the same time like your best friend.
