Atlantica Golden Beach Hotel - Adults Only

Great location . Lovely clean hotel in the parts most used. I'm not too keen in using lifts on my own so used the stairs a few times. The stairs leading down the building to the pool/beach looked very dirty. Friendly & helpful staff. Hotel a little dated. Corridor ceilings & carpets could do with replacing. Hotel very well managed Decent food but not that much choice of vegetables. I'm pre-dietbetic & struggled to find a desert that didn't send my sugar levels high. There was fruit but again being pre-dietbetic I can only have a small quantity each day. At one time there were 6 cats round an outdoor restaurant table. That wasn't a major problem for us, but did see a cat doing its business in the grass where customers walked. Also smelt cat urine on the grassed area by the sun loungers. In view of this we always kept our shoes on whilst walking in the grass. Pity the parasols around the pool & grassed areas are not adjustable as there is very little shelter from the sun in the afternoon. Would happily return again subject to the above changes being made.

Just back from a fantastic holiday at Atlantica Golden Beach. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful - especially Christian at the beach and Alpida at the balcony bar. The hotel is lovely and clean, the food is the best we’ve had on holiday, especially the A La Carte restaurants! The beds are comfortable and the pillows are lovely. Being an adults only hotel, the days are peaceful, and the evening entertainment is mostly great. Una Pettiford is fantastic and Geoff Ray is great, but the singing duo and the magic act weren’t for us. They were like children’s entertainers, which was a disappointment. The activities on offer are varied - we enjoyed the yoga/Pilates classes and the aquafit each day with Joanna and Anastasia, who are lovely girls and so hard working. We will definitely be back!

The hotel staff were excellent in every department The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and towels were changed every day The mimi bar contained 1 bottle of water only and had to be refilled from various points in hotel All the pool sun beds had been taken by 8am so if you like pool get down early about 7am should do it Other sunbeds are available but are situated on grass which is watered and turns to mud which stays in your footwear and needs washing daily Artificial grass would solve the problem The entertainment at night was nothing to shout about

What an amazing stay we had at Atlantica golden beach ! Staff were 10/10 day and night. We were lucky enough to even be given a free upgrade to a swim up room a few days into our holiday. We enjoyed all of our stay , room was exceptional , food was great, staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much to ask. The hotel is close proximity to harbour, coral bay and local mall. We took the bus which is around 15 mins to each destination and cost 2 euros each way. We also hired a car from just outside of our hotel Andreas car hire where we also received great customer service. Hotel is beautiful , our stay was 10/10 I feel that the staff here make it 10/10 This was our first stay at Atlantica golden beach and our first trip to Cyprus ! we will definitely be returning at Atlantica golden beach !

Booked atlantica golden beach for our honeymoon. The hotel is so beautiful, everywhere is really clean and well presented. On arrival to our room we were welcomed with a lovely note to congratulate us on our marriage and wish us a lovely honeymoon a bottle of bubbly and cute towel swans with love hearts 💜 we thought this was such a lovely gesture. The food in the buffet was always hot and a good selection the place was spotless and the chefs and waiting staff worked so hard to keep everything perfect. There is 2 Al a carte restaurants we ate in the one down by the sea and the food was very delicious. One of the most important things to mention though is the staff at this hotel are absolutely brilliant, all happy so welcoming and work so hard! Special mention to Nicoletta she's an angel a credit to the hotel. I'd definitely return to atlantica golden beach.

A great hotel with perfect views. Staff were amazing. Quality of food very good. Quiet surroundings but plenty of buses opposite hotel. The only negative was unable to get sunbed around pool unless you were up by 6.30. We still got sunbeds on grassy areas by bay which is beautiful

The Service here is ABSOLUTELY SECOND TO NONE... unbelievably good.. such great attention to detail and friendly and helpful. AMAZING STAFF , AMAZING HOTEL. VERY CLEAN . Fantastic Food..Definitely recommend. This is a first class hotel with Staff that ate beautiful in every way

Every October we go for a break, and there are x3 couples amongst us. The criteria for our holiday is: A) Lots of Sun B) Good food C) Nice place with high standards D) Good value for money E) Helpful staff The Atlantica Golden Beach ticks all of those boxes. The hotel isn't huge, but neither is it by any means small. Felt really accessible. The rooms (we had a Sea View) were very nice, and well air conditioned. The pool area is a nice size, and there are a number of reviews I read prior to my stay that said about there being an issue getting a sunbed - we didnt find this was the case, though there are signs everywhere that state that you cannot just pop your towel down pre 08.00am - so if you want a bed prior to then and guarantee it you need to stay with it until then which is fair enough. The restaurant was very good with a good selection of well cooked food - for me I thought the selection was more than adequate and was to a high standard. The meal at Basilico the A'la Carte restaurant was top notch! Definitely recommended. The bar staff were superb both during the day and in the evening - all bedside/table service and you are never short on drinks. Location wise we found it really good - no more than 10/15 mins from the harbour by taxi which was great as well. There are x2 lovely places to eat/drink nearby too - one just opposite the hotel and one near the Basilico beachfront restaurant if you fancied mixing it up. I didn't use the spa myself, but my wife and our friend did - and they really enjoyed it. If I was to have one minor issue - Room Service was offered but no one seemed to know how to do it. I did make a complaint - a light one - about this, which they were more than happy to resolve but in truth I didn't follow it up as it was not that much of an issue to dampen what was a superb holiday. Also, if you are allergic to or scared of cats - this may not be the place for you. There are lots of them - but you will get this in most places. I'd like to say a big thank you to one staff member in particular: Elpida in the terrace bar - you were excellent and so polite/welcoming and you gave us a real laugh - particularly when you thought my brother ordered a non-alcoholic beverage and you said "this can't be for you"! :) You're a credit to the team Elpida and to the Management team- she made our stay welcoming from the second we checked in to the moment we left. Thank you all, we had a great stay, and I hope to visit again in the near future!

Just returned from a relaxing week at The Atlantic's golden beach .Arrived late evening so we were given a packed lunch which contained sandwiches which weren't very appetizing a packet of crisps and a banana .Our room had a partial sea view which was very comfortable and cleaned to a very good standard .Mini fridge was only stocked with water which I think the hotel could improve on as many hotels I've stayed in have had at least soft drinks you could have in your room .Food was very good ,two al a carte restaurants which you have one visit in each during your stay if you are all inclusive.Sun beds around the pool are snapped up before 7.30 ,but beware if you do get up to reserve a bed at that time be prepared to sit on the bed until 8.00 or your towels will be removed ,also plagued by flies early morning while your down there .Entertainment certainly needs revising,may have ok for some guest but in my opinion it was below standard for hotel with its rating .Finally staff were very attentive and a credit to the hotel .
