The twin room was assigned the worst external environment. The second-floor balcony was directly occupied by several giant air-conditioning outdoor units in the entire building. It was noisy, the windows and doors could not be opened, and it was extremely hot outside.

This place is very tired and needs a full makeover Not too far from the main ship and ferry terminal which is a plus Located on a busy noisy road in the not so nice end of town Pool looks a lot better & longer in picture than in reality Would not have picked it, but we had no choice as it was part of a cruise/airfare deal, so you get what you get

I arrived a bit nervous after reading some poor reviews - unfortunately they were accurate. This hotel is definitely not up to the claimed 4 star rating. It is on a very busy road next to a petrol station. Rooms facing the road are unbearably noisy. The corridors are dark and at night we needed a torch to use our room key. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms are quite spacious. The rooms are however let down by the brown colour scheme which adds to the depressing feeling of the hotel. The bathroom was spacious but the shower had no water power and there is no door so the shower splashes all over the floor. Breakfast is expensive but decent. There are a lot of little things that let the hotel down - impossible to find power points (under the bedside table!), no USB charging points, pathetic wifi, instant coffee provided but no milk or sugar.

Street noise make it impossible to sleep
We were staying just one night and really didn't have much expectations.
The location was good for us, close to the center and walking distance from the ferry terminal.
The check-in went well, the staff was courteous and we got our keys quickly.
The room was large and at a higher floor (5th).
The hotel is not new, and it shows in the bedrooms, some water damage on the ceiling but nothing bad.
The real problem came when we tried to sleep at night. We only had a few hours between our arrival and our plan departure. Unfortunately we could barely sleep due to the street noise. The room was facing one of the major avenue, and even at the 5th floor, we felt like we were in the sidewalk with motorcycle and cars racing all night long.
We unfortunately can't recommend staying at this place as it failed at its primary missing, get us some sleep.

c'est un funérarium personnel à humeur variable allant du souriant à revêche selon , la personne qui se trouve à la réception pour l'accueil polynesien ,oubliez le Ambiance morbide éclairage chiche literie trop molle draps rèches prise rasoir dans la salle de bain sur le séchoir à cheveux hors service éclairage nul petit déjeuner les viennoiseries datent de la veille ou l'avant veille avantage il y a une piscine , mais vous ne pourrez l'utiliser que lorsqu'il n'y a pas de cours d'aquagym par un coach extérieur à l'hôtel . cours avec sonorisation pas discrète, merci pour le calme L 'Avenue du Prince Hinoi est très passante prenez des chmbres vue montagne Seul avantage la proximité du centre ville et du port, la bagagerie

Bien situé, le centre de Papeete est à 2 minutes , location de voiture proche, cadre agréable, petit déjeuner, et diner parfait, chambre confortable et de grande qualité. L'hôtel permet le "Early Check, ce qui est bien agréable quand l' heure d'arrivée de l'avion est tôt. Environnement: A proximité de bar et de restaurant prés du port. Et le soir présence de Roulottes au port. Situation idéale avant une croisière sur l'Aranui. On est à 250 m. du quai d'honneur. Au départ on peut si rentre à pieds sans problème. L'accueil est très chaleureux, à disposition pour nous aider dans nos recherches d'excursion par exemple.
