Very close to Metro Hoche. Room cleanliness was good. The only downside is the surrounding area, specially at night, not a very good area, specially for solo traveller., many yougsters selling cigarrettes and stuff, a bit scary for tourist.. receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Very clean and very good hotel, with one big downside, it took me 40 minutes to find a parking space nearby, and I found it 650 m away to park.
The exorbitant price of breakfast, which happens to be the price of a standard midday meal, also caught my attention.

Compact room, nice & friendly staff, cheap & value for money, easy access to metro station (only a few minutes to walk to). But the carpet is so dirty and the location is bit far from tourist attractions.
