這家酒店沒有接待外賓的能力，櫃枱男員工態度非常不友善，我們9個人進來時還愛搭不理的，一會兒説房間衹登記一人，一會又説都要，還要拍照，入住搞了半天，真的懷疑有培訓過嗎？我們是傍晚6點多到酒店，訂了5間房，竟然還有房間沒有收拾好，之後入住一股味，房間地板還是全濕的，我們無處下腳。因為這樣的遭遇，我也把入住瀋陽楚懷門店的2晚全季4間房也取消了。我們又不是來受氣的。中國的全季酒店以後不會再入住。其中還有位朋友問有酒店名片嗎？工作人員還回他一句；你自己不會網上查嗎？😅

酒店的位置十分便利，周邊配套齊全，停車場免費停車而且很大，房間舒適温馨，房間採光不錯，衞生打掃的挺乾淨的，旁邊是個藝術街，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了酒店的員工都很熱情周到，每位酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺到很舒服環境也很贊，早餐也是極佳 種類多而且菜品新鮮 粥很好喝。最主要的是乾淨衞生！這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值！！！下次有機會肯定會在來，真心覺得這是一家值得信賴的好酒店！

在這家酒店我度過了非常愉快的時光。酒店的設計風格獨特，房間內充滿温馨的氛圍，還有就是 真的好愛吃酒店的自助早餐 就是各種各樣的早飯類型都有!今天吃到了家鄉的小餛飩 我自己放了蝦皮 榨菜 紫菜 葱花 真的好香好香，真的太愛啦!!!!員工們也非常的熱情，非常貼心，這家酒店的設施設備也是非常的先進和齊全的，讓人感到非常的舒適、安逸，床鋪也非常乾淨整潔，客房送來的蕎麥枕和乳膠枕舒適度極高，下次還會過來入住，也會推薦給身邊的朋友們。

差評！強制註冊會員，我在攜程的平台訂酒店，就是為了方便，不想弄一堆亂七八糟的會員。結果到那還被告知必須實名註冊他們酒店的會員才能出房卡，霸王條款。而且，酒店地下停車場到一樓大堂沒有電梯！
