The baby and mom went together, and they said it was quiet and okay. They couldn't go for a few days because there was construction on the pool, but they showed us to another pool, so we played there one day.

The overall experience is very good. The toilet facilities meet the five-star standard. The private swimming pool view is superb. There are some water activities operated by the hotel on the private beach. It is also convenient to call Tutu to go around.

Not so much Facilities for Families. No playground, small pool and low tide beach not good for swimming.
Great delicious breakfast. Big rooms. Bad view. But very clean since its new. Service was excellent. Overall great resort but its small in size and not much to do around the area. Its quite far and secluded from other bohol resorts.

Checking in already have a bad experience while I was looking for to stay in a ‘5 star’ hotel. The lady named Rose just threw back our passports after checking. And there is charges for 1 child for 7 year old, which I am okay to pay. just for others to notice.
The welcome drink is not welcomed because of of the drink, but the bar tender at the pool bar just not showing welcome to you to get the drinks and keep saying busy while we asked for a family photo.
Checking out is terrible, need to wait for 5 mins to check the room however they were not asking for deposit for the room. When I told her I am in hurry to the airport, she just ignored me and showed annoyed. wow! first time in a ‘5 star’ hotel.
The hotel is full of Korean. if you are Korean you would enjoy staying there maybe. For Others I would suggest staying any other hotels in Bohol and enjoy the beautiful beaches there without these annoying people and hotel.

This hotel has a lot of complaints. I have to complain about it:
1. When booking a room, I noted a large bed. After arriving at the hotel, I didn't explain the bed type of the room. After entering the room, I saw that it was a twin bed, so I called the front desk and emphasized that this was a honeymoon trip and hoped to change to a large bed. The reply I got was that there was no large bed today. If you want to change, you can only wait until the next day to change at the front desk. I didn't see the attitude of wanting to help guests solve the problem.
2. The swimming pool in the picture looks beautiful, but it is actually not big, and the water is turbid green, which doesn't look very clean. I went there again the next day and heard that the swimming pool was complained by VIP guests that it was too dirty, so it was directly closed. It was still closed when I left, which really affected the island vacation experience.
3. The basic room type I booked, the balcony looked at the hotel next door was under construction, and most of the room types should have this view, and it was facing the garbage channel.
4. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the city to do bouncing, not very close, and it is inconvenient to go out for food.
5. The beach is too flat. Basically, you can't swim at all after the tide goes out at 4 pm, and it is basically stranded.
6. The only good thing is the food and beverage staff, they are all very warm and friendly.
