New hotel still to run fully
It's a nice property. But they aren't running fully yet. Hence large parts of the hotel are either under construction or not properly cleaned/maintained yet.
Breakfast is exceptional and very tasty with a good range. Hotel staff is courteous and eager to help.

We had gone in October 2023 for celebrating my wife's birthday, had booked suite for 2 nights. My 1.5 year daughter was *****. Amit handled our reservations and made sure our check in was comfortable. Kuldeep Ji as the manager in the restaurant made sure all our Pure Jain requirements were fulfilled. He even went out of his way to meet my wife's special requests to make her feel special! Rajendra served us very well with our food requirements, especially our li'l daughters. I feel food is the most important part of any stay, so i really thank Kuldeep Ji and Rajendra Ji for taking care of us very well. I loved my daughters wooden high chair - i wish i could have one like that at home too (i have a plastic one). Overall, its a simple property but location, natural greenery and peaceful surroundings make special stays more special. Apologies for the late review, but THANK YOU FERN!

My stay here left me completely awestruck! Not only is the property located in a scenic location, but its well-designed and spacious rooms also offer unmatched luxury and comfort. There are countless activities to enjoy, and the food is absolutely delicious—I’m truly at a loss for words. The cherry on top is the genuine and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special shoutout to Avishek and Chintan—you both were the best! Thank you for everything.

We had recently booked our stay at the fern, janbughoda, however am very disappointed that we did not receive any service from hotel staff. There was a wedding there which created chaos for the guests already staying as neither fern nor the wedding planners had any systematic arrangement. There are no major activities and above that though we had pnly included breakfast in our plan, on account of technical glitches at their end they insisted us to have buffet dinner and then charged at the time of checkout claiming it to be a technical issue. No room service despite of repetitive calls noone comes to take the lagguage. Do not waste money visiting the fern, jambughoda

It's a massive property located on the backdrop of a hill. I went for a 1 day stay with my wife and kid and they enjoyed it a lot. Food is also good. The staff is supportive and courteous. Services may get slightly affected if there is a wedding.

The overall ambience of the place is nice. It's a quiet and serene location to enjoy peace. The restaurant serves excellent À la carte food but the complementary breakfast is average. Staff is polite and tends to your needs quickly. Rooms are clean and apt. It was a fun stay.
