They did not provide extra bed in the room but sofa cum bed even though extra bed was written at the time of booking. The room is not like a three star hotel, they did not provide welcome drink and that is also chargeable

Average stay, bathroom's door not closed properly request for change the room they do not have option and done any needful, room condition is not good, food was not tasty. They show different pictures of room but actually they are not like that and if u book for two days but not satisfied with service they don't refund in

Stay was comfortable. The rooms have older design. But the property is spacious with a garden area with trees and swings and children play area. Also the food quality is very good, though the options in buffet could be much better (its limited. The property is near to panchgani market (3 mins in car. The management staff is very hospitable.

Property is maintained very well. We booked deluxe ac room with breakfast. Deluxe room is average, we upgraded to king room. King room is good. Food is good but no tandoori food is bad typically over the friday and saturday nights. We had buffet dinner on 18th oct and it was delicious but 4 pieces of chicken tikka as starter and we got funny answers that we came last minute without informing 3 hrs in advance. Which is fair as it was maintained by receptionist but just 4 pieces (portion) and 1, 300 for 2 people which is slightly higher end with basics missing. Staff is courteous and attentive. Overall good experience but not wowed by it.
