"During a stop at the bar of this luxury hotel in Panarea, I ordered two coffees. At the table, we were also served a small bottle of water, which we hadn't requested, but which we consumed anyway. The final bill was 18 euros. Even considering the exclusive setting of the island and the hotel, I consider it unfair that the receipt reported a single cumulative total, without any breakdown of individual prices and expense items. A hotel of this caliber expects maximum transparency towards its guests."

"Terrible experience, never again. The rooms are absolutely not worth the asking price: dated furnishings, strong urine smell, and even ants. The owners were surly, unfriendly, and rude, as if they were doing us a favor by hosting us. The only positive aspect was the view, truly enchanting, but everything else was a disappointment. The breakfast was meager and with very little choice, completely inadequate for a property that calls itself 4-star. After spending an exorbitant amount on the stay, we were asked €10 for two simple bottles of water. An experience I strongly advise against."

"The Kyma is a magical place, new rooms are treated in every particular, we were in the first floor rooms and from the terrace we looked at Stromboli and Basiluzzo. Breakfast is excellent and with healthy and quality products. The two brothers owners of the building are of a disarmant gentleness. Super super recommended!!"

The rooms are neat and very clean and the location of this Quartara is perfect for Panarea experience. I miss it already. I will go back."

"Last visited B&B da Luca in 2018 and so it was time for a return trip (with my parents also this time). It is a perfect boutique hotel in Panarea. The hotel is beautiful and they are constantly making improvements. It has a soho house style charm, extremely well thought out terraces, gardens and bedrooms/bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious and served by the very hospitable Angela (Luca’s mum). She made us feel welcome like family, and it felt like I was going to my Nonna’s house (albeit a very luxury stay with Nonna). Angela is very friendly and was happy to share her knowledge about the island and its history which is fascinating. Luca was a great organiser, he remembered us from 7 years before and was helpful in organising boat trips for us so everything was booked before we arrived. The boat trip he booked with Francesco was amazing, a truly luxurious boat and we all felt like celebrities for the day. We will be back again and would recommend this gem of a place to all our friends."
