Have been staying at Landmark every year for over 30 years, Property is showing it's age.Hot tub needs revamp not all jets work. Staff is not as friendly. It's not a bad place. Not far from Pier park and shopping (not walkable) but for the money there are much nicer places to stay. Won't stay there next year.

This hotel is an excellent choice, particularly the townhouse style two floor apartment-like options, where the sliding glass door opens onto a patio, which in turn meets the wood-planked dock bordering the beach. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer is a game changer. The place is clean and quiet and the people who work there are very nice. We had a problem with our TV remotes and a friendly maintenance guy came within a few hours.to walk us through everything.
Downsides are you have to pay $15 each time you want to use the beach chairs (it would be cheaper to buy some at one of the many Dollar Generals nearby), and there aren't a lot of fun activities, if you're looking for that, though there is a nice indoor pool and separate jacuzzi area. The Sandpiper Beacon down the street has a lazy river, mini golf, arcade, ice cream shop, etc. if you would like more to do.

Solid spot
The location is awesome, as you are just steps from the ocean. The property seemed to be in good condition, and the folks at the front desk were friendly during checkin and checkout. There was also no sign of roaches or any other insects during the four-night stay.
My only complaint is that the carpet and sofas in the room smelled like sweaty people had recently been there.

Highly recommend
This was an amazing property! They supplied everything we needed. It was great for our family vacation. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but not in the hustle and bustle. We will be looking to book here again the next time we are in PCB!

Great Stay
I absolutely love this place. We had an ocean view. The rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and you’re pretty close to restaurants. Pier Park wasn’t too far of a drive. I will definitely be back.

Despues de manejar 9 horas para llegar ahi, nos dieron un cuarto diferente al reservado y no nos reconocieron el error.
Este hotel tiene una bonita infraestructura pero lo tienen en completo abandono, moho y descuido por todas partes, es lamentable como lo estan dejando perder, en el estado que esta la noche deberia ser $80

Wonderful place
We had a wonderful time at this Condo. Our condo was very clean, Bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, everything was well stocked, Check in was good the Lady who checked us in was very nice. Pool was very big and clean. Will definitely be back. Only thing wasn't happy about was parking. Very limited parking on side with Condo. There was always parking across the road though.

Family friendly hotel
This is our 2nd time here, love the family friendly hotel and beach access like literally few steps from our veranda. The room is complete with kitchen tools. The room is beach view overlooking. Sunsations souvenir shop is just 7 mins walk. Walmart is just few minutes away from the Hotel. What we love here is this is few miles away from the boardwalk, it means less traffic, not crowded, and parking is easy to find. Overall stay is amazing!

Very nice
Was not disappointed with the establishment the staff were very nice the room was clean and pleasant plus you cannot beat the ocean view and being right on the beach.
The area is is not overcrowded but close to what you might need .
Will definitely stay again.
