Amazing stay at low cost. A group of 4 can easily stay here. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Two balconies were there with enough space. Parking space was a bit congested. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Property was recommended it self however there is no meal package available as well with restricted timings. What it was shown & what i was provide something different room in some apartment away from reception

they show one room and give you completely different ones. No refrigerator, geyser doesn't work, ac doesn't work - no facilities whatsoever. And the attitude of the staff and the manager woman is toxic to say the least. Book this place only if you want your stay to be completely ruined. Ours was, thanks to these.

This hotel has two separate properties. One in seaside another is away from sea side. It has well maintained and comfortable to stay.

I recently stayed at Casa Tropicana in Dona Paula, Goa and had a delightful experience. The location is fantastic, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood that offers both tranquility and easy access to the bustling life of Goa. The property is situated near the beach, making it perfect for those looking to enjoy the sun and sea. There are also plenty of local eateries and shops nearby, providing a genuine Goan experience. The property itself is well-maintained, exuding a charming, homely vibe that makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with tasteful décor that reflects the local culture. I also felt very safe during my stay, as the property is in a secure area and has good security measures in place. However, there is some room for improvement. The facilities at Casa Tropicana could be better. The fact that there is no tea coffee food facility, it was a bit frustrating. Additionally, there is no service available, no dental kits. A bit more attention to detail in these areas would make a great stay even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Casa Tropicana to anyone visiting Goa, but pls come planned and bring your basics. This place is otherwise a beautiful property
