The staff were amazing. They made great food recommendations, organise shuttles, got us involved in samba classes, and were so happy to ensure our stay was great. We stayed in the private suite and it was gorgeous. Clean and lots of amenities Only niggle is there was no safe in the room, and take earplugs because you can hear dogs barking and fighting in the middle of the night. Not the hostel's fault though- it comes with staying that close to the town centre.

Pool was really dirty they had an algae problem, restaurant area was not clean and overall maintenance of the garden and lobby was really poor.

This place is close to a lot of things. The only thing is that the pool is dirty and it’s loud at night. It’s close to the main road, so you’ll heard all the neighbor dogs barking at night. Our room had a foul bathroom smell- when we closed the bathroom door it was contained and wasn’t bad. Other than that it’s a great place to stay. The staff, the location is great.

Fantastic experience!
It was magnificent, safe, calm, just simply awesome experience. It was my first time in a hostel and this experience was great! The people were amazing: Abner, Bartel, and Lisbeth were so wonderful. Panajachel and Guatemala in general will always be in my heart. Thank you for being so fabulous! I can't wait to come back...

Okay
Overall, good experience; cold nights, we needed extra blankets. Saturday night was noisy because people was all over the hotel drinking, talking loud and partying. Shared bathroom was not clean regularly ( trash cans over flowing).

La comida bien y el hotel en general bien. El único inconveniente es que el staff masculino del restaurante prioriza el trato a extranjeros blancos que a los latinos.

Súper feliz
El hostal estaba hermoso, impecable en el aseo, te ofrece excelente servicio en los tour y su restaurante. Muy cerca para coger el embarque a las lagunas que quedan alrededor de panajache y cuenta con su propio bar para pasarla bien y conocer gente. Su atención fue excepcional y cuenta con el servicio de maletas después del check out para usar sus Áreas comunes.
