1、整體入住體驗並不好，早上房間裏的燈莫名亮起來！房間的音樂也莫名的想起來！一大早被吵醒。跟總枱反饋，衹有解釋沒任何歉意！
2、房間有臭蟲，這個季節是常見，他們就説蟲子不能避免啊！好像這不是他們的問題。哎！這服務！
3、定的送房餐，有一道菜又冷又難吃，反饋後也沒有給到滿意的解決方案！
