The location of the hotel is not great, it appears close to the lifts, etc. but it's not that great. Parking is not easy or guaranteed. Room furnishings are old and low quality, the bed and pillows were horrible. Sheets were not spotless and the bathroom was crammed. The room was quite warm, you might want that and was generally specious. The common area is very small, bar is poor. Steamroom did not work and you need to sign up to use the sauna. The breakfast was laughable, dinner was worse value for money than the breakfast.

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! Thanks!
