The weather might have a lot to do with the experience we had in Pamploma since it was raining The service from the staff was excellent, but the value for the accommodation and services was only adequate. The restaurant was closed and the lounge was closed and all you could do was get room service and that was expensive The accommodation was acceptable, but the rate for this hotel was far too high for what you received

Absolutely fabulous hotel essentially down to the wonderful staff. Not an easy place to find if driving as you need to drive across the pedestrian square. I walked to the hotel rather stressed but within minutes Ana and Maria had calmed me down and rapidly sorted the situation. Our room was wonderful and had a fabulous spacious bathroom. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean and it’s in a great location ( except for driving!) all the staff here are wonderful, helpful and friendly. As mentioned above Maria and Ana were so helpful, the other lovely lady at reception ( sorry never got your name) was very into her football and we had a good banter with her. The young man who helped us collect our car and helped with the luggage was also delightful. Was definitely the people who made our stay special. Only comment would be is that the breakfast tray given to each table could lead to a lot of food wastage. We would prefer for it all to be buffet and just ordering eggs at the table. Overall a fantastic stay and wished all hotels were like this.

I’d give it 6 stars if that were possible. From the moment we checked in we knew this was a top notch property. The front desk staff are incredibly professional, friendly and go out of their way to assist wherever they can. Housekeeping is exceptional and the turndown service at night is just wonderful — always leaving us bottles of water and chocolates by our bedside tables. The bathroom towels were luxurious and changed daily, the water pressure in the shower was delightful. Our junior suite was very comfortable and restful and we had a lovely balcony view of the Plaza del Castillo minus the noise from the street down below. In short, we had a WONDERFUL week in Pamplona and this establishment deserves its #1 spot hands down. Muchísimas gracias al Gran Hotel La Perla, lo pasamos de cine. Hasta la próxima.

Purely clean, excellent staff, middle of town, walking distance to restaurants and shops . Loved it ! Breakfast delicious ply prepared in a lovely dining room . As I understand Hemingway stayed here back in his days of writing . It has that retro feeling but at the same time it is a very comfortable place .

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig (superior room), großes separates Bad, sehr ruhig. Wir haben aufs Frühstück verzichtet (zu teuer). Parkservice war sehr gut mit Kennzeichenerkennung, sodass wir direkt ins Zentrum fahren konnten. Die Möblierung war etwas antiquiert.

Very gentle and kind staff, excellent location and excellent service, forgot a Jacket and ship it to my new destination without a problem, clean, wide and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast with our room, thank you for everything, will recommend!!
