在市中心plaza de castillo和鬥牛場邊上，大小景點都步行可達，距離pamplona汽車站也步行10分鐘。門面很小，裏面隔音一般，但單間朝內，開窗是天井，所以不至於夜晚吵鬧。房間麻雀雖小五臟俱全。大堂的米其林餐廳，住店可以享受客人特惠套餐，非常值。但早餐種類就一般，除了水果有四種，其他麪包牛奶都很基本，還是出去吃比較划算。

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Europa while walking the Camino Frances. Our room was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I needed medical attention, they were very supportive, guiding us and allowing us to delay our checkout.

La ubicación es perfecta. Al reservar pagamos un extra por una habitación supuestamente más grande, con balcón y posibilidad de una cama grande. Cuando llegamos nos dan una con dos camas pegadas. Al advertir que habíamos reservado una cama grande y habíamos pagado por ello, la chica de recepción, con mucha altanería y poca educación (parecía enfadada por tener que trabajar el domingo) nos dijo que era lo que había, Que ese hotel "no tenía camas grandes, eran todas dos camas unidas". Falso, porque al día siguiente pude ver la habitación contigua mientras la arreglaban, y tenía una cama grande. Sólo por eso no merece mejor puntuación.

Hotel Europa is just few meters away from Plaza del Castillo and yet it is in a very quiet position that does not suffer from the excessive noise of nearby streets. Rooms are small but clean and very well equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied and the service is of a good level. The Hotel also has a Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises. A very highly recommended hotel!

Está ubicado a metros de la calle Estafeta, la más importante durante el encierro de San Fermín, y muy cerca de la Plaza de Toros. En las mismas instalaciones funciona un importante restaurante. La atención del personal es muy correcta. Me permitieron dejar el equipaje luego del check out y me consiguieron un taxi para ir a la estación de trenes. El cuarto que me tocó era pequeño y simple, pero no hay nada de que quejarse. Volvería sin ningún inconveniente

Great location and clean and well appointed hotel. Breakfast was the best so far on this Camino trip even providing a hot option on the buffet. Room was on the smaller side. One thing I will mention is that the shower needs updating hence I have awarded 4 stars.

Las habitaciones interiores no son aptas para personas con claustrofobia o calurosas. El calor en la habitación era insoportable y no estaba disponible el aire acondicionado por ser mayo. No es aceptable que eso dependa de la temperatura exterior cuando la interior es extremadamente alta. De resto buena ubicación y desayuno. Pero no me dieron solución al problema.

I’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times. They went to the trouble of finding me herbal tea to have in my room. It’s brilliantly located, super comfortable and very well priced. Desk staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Everything here is high-quality, from the breakfast and dining to its location. Initial impressions aren't very positive: a flight of stairs, a rather unimpressive reception area and a small lift that keeps you waiting and waiting. Also be warned that when they say 'small room' they're not joking. Mine had no windows and was only twice the size of the bed. But the really really tiny rooms are priced accordingly, so no complaints really.
