There was a terrible smell in the room coming from kitchen.
Mattresses and pillows were not comfortable at all

Beautiful plants. No hot water. Shower was in very bad condition. Heard people yelling outside the property and inside. No soundproofing at all. Bed was comfortable. People are very nice.

I stayed a week at this hotel. Rooms were very bright and bed and pillows very comfortable. The full air-conditioning was great in warm Palmira The breakfast were great, served super quick and friendly service. The hotel is very authentic and service exceptional. The only thing I didn't like was that main window had only a blackout, so there is not privacy. I kept it closed as I had another window. Getting some net curtains may a good and simple solution. I checked other hotels while in Palmira, this was by far best price for what they offer and definitely nicest layout. I would recommend not doubt and I would definitely stay again.
