Awesome.

We had booked a studio room over the phone with hotel. We had an access room, which was fine, but this was all that was ok. Never asked what "view" we wanted, don't believe their website as not true representation! The towel in the bathroom was dirty! I took one back down to reception where I was told we "outsource " our laundry, no apology just an excuse! The fridge didn't work, we'd arrived and quickly unpacked our milk, drinks etc and went to meet friends for dinner, by the time we'd come back at 11.30pm, milk had "warmed up" tried to call reception, no answer. Reception opens at 9am, really inconvenient when you need to checkout at 8.30am, so unable to tell them of this. Our veiw of the "windmills " was actually the top of the air con units that hummed all night! So much for double glazing to quite out noise! The air con unit in the room flows straight down onto bed. No compendium in room to see how to operate anything in room. Plates and bowls chipped. Had 2 forks 3 butter knives, 1 soup spoon and 4 teaspoons, all miss matched and the wine glasses looked like they hadn't been washed in last few months as covered in dust! No extractor fan in bathroom, steaming up room from shower and morning ablutions ( yuck!) And the "spare pillow" in wardrobe looked like everyone over the last 10yrs in that room had dribbled on it as stained af! We travel every month or so and this place is one of the worst we have stayed at.

Received the worst service here that I have ever encountered. Would not recommend this place to anyone! The Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. He shouldn't be in customer service if he is going to treat people so badly. Such bad representation for the company.

Excellent accommodation in Palmerston North. Close to the Plaza. Good sound proofing on windows. Very new and everything in our studio apartment was excellent. The mattress protector squeaked and crackled but otherwise excellent comfy bed. Don’t ask to check in 20 mins early as you will not be welcome. First time I’ve been growled at for arriving 20 mins early. I totally understood our room wasn’t ready and check-in is AT 2PM! but there are nicer ways to explain this to guests. The rest of our stay was great. So just a small blip on the radar. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel in Palmerston Nth Pros Quite new very quiet and very comfortable, especially the apartment with the lounge kitchen etc. Cons Parking, need to book in advance as it’s limited and small but does get busy Thank you so much for a great stay I will definitely book again

Good: -nice dark quiet bedroom -comfy bed -well equipped kitchenette -nice big windows -free overnight parking on the street Bad: -house keeping did minimal work -had to empty vehicle of everything as had to park on the street as minimal car parks -big opening window but does not stay open, swings shut -house keeping left room unlocked (more than one occassion) -no vacuuming done -washing machine in room out of order but only told this after starting a cycle - I would stay again but only after checking other places were booked up first.

Very poor room for the money. Terrible bed, not clean and no parking available so parked on the road outside the hotel. Very stained carpets poorly furnished and very tiny old tv. This was supposed to be a superior room for $230 per night but far from acceptable.
