Hemos estado dos noches, escribimos hace dos semanas para verificar que podíamos usar dos habitaciones contiguas ya que llevábamos niños pequeños, nos dijeron que sin problema, no solo no estaban juntas si no que nos las han dado en diferentes plantas, además de esto, sin poner cartel de no arreglar ni nada cuál fue mi sorpresa que no estaba hecha la habitación a mi llegada la segunda noche, a las 23:00 h no me iba a poner a llamar para que me la hicieran. Una vergüenza para la cadena Meliã, somos usuarios en todas las salidas familiares de esta compañía, pero este hotel NO lo vuelvo a usar si vuelvo a la zona.

Stayed for a week with friends visiting wineries in the area. Although the hotel was busy with coach parties for much of that time, the staff were cheerful and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff in the evening made sure we were well looked after and gave lots of advice on local wines and restaurants. We found the meals in the restaurant to be good value for money and delicious. There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues - but nothing which would spoil anyone's stay, and these were obviously because the housekeeping staff were very busy. The buffet breakfast was amazing and kept us going until late afternoon. Thank you for a lovely experience!
