Excelente Localização, próximo ao Centro Administrativo da cidade de Palmas e do estado do Tocantins. Também próximo de shopping e atrações turísticas. Um hotel sem piscinas ou áreas de lazer, mas o suficiente para passar muitos dias. Quartos amplos e completos. Camas muito grandes e confortáveis (para casal). Boa limpeza e excelente café da manhã. Atendimento NOTA 10!!

Bom hotel para pernoite. Ficamos 3 noites no hotel quando fomos a Palmas para conhecer o Jalapao. Ficamos no último andar e foi bem aconchegante. Quarto com ar condicionado e tv a cabo, frigobar. Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã gostoso. Quando tínhamos que sair mais cedo para a excursão, o hotel preparou café antes do horário para nos. Também tinha café e um bolinho, ou bolacha a tarde no retorno do passeio. São muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo.

Minha opção de hotel em Palmas foi o 103 Hotel e Flats, mas após o primeiro dia de passeio com a empresa Jalapão 100 limites eles nos levaram para o pernoite no Jalapão Hotel. Me pareceu um hotel mais antigo, com quarto, elevador, banheiro e café da manhã apenas ok. O atendimento foi simpático. O grande ponto negativo, pra mim, foi o horário do café da manhã. As expedições para o Jalapão passam no hotel a partir das 6:30 da manhã (horário no qual devemos estar prontos, no hall do hotel), mas o café só começa a ser servido às 6:30, o que complica bastante a vida da gente...

As fotos são correspondentes com a realidade dos quartos. A cama é confortável, apenas o travesseiro era bem fino (baixo demais). O chuveiro é ótimo, com excelente vazão de água. O quarto é grande, e o banheiro que é pequeno; ambos limpos e arejados. O café da manhã é bom. Os funcionários da recepção são atenciosos e prestativos. Não há secador de cabelo no banheiro. Não há estacionamento fechado, porém a funcionário da recepção informou que o estacionamento é filmado e monitorado 24 horas por câmeras.
