Could not imagine a better stay on Palma than the Cappuccino…excellent in every way from the room to the great restaurant and bar downstairs to the location. Would give 10 stars if we could.

Hotel en un sitio estupendo para pasear por el centro. Con un desayuno inmejorable,es a la carta ,con muchísima calidad y en un patio precioso. El único pero sería la piscina de la azotea que es muy pequeña. Un hotel con mucho encanto para una escapada de fin de semana.

Stunning hotel let down by surly, disinterested bar staff in the hotel lobby bar. No eye contact so gave up trying to get a second drink after 10 mins. Not the standards you expect from a 5 star hotel . Perhaps it’s different if you’re an actual resident and accessing the rooftop bar but surely all the staff should be trained to a high standard. It’s a shame as it has put me off staying .

We went for a cocktail at the front of the hotel, which was a lovely setting to watch the world go by. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the serving staff. We waited 23 minutes before we managed to attract a member of staff who took our drinks order. The drinks came within 5 minutes so no complaint there but a simple smile and some courtesy should be expecred from a 5 star hotel. In the hour we were there, not one member of staff came to see if we were okay or if we needed some more drinks, where is the service? We have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and service is the key aspect to ensuring that your Customers keep returning. The staff serving the bar and the street area need some basic training to raise the standards to the level expected. We have stayed at the Esplendido at Soller and the Portixol in Palma and the service at both were exceptional. To the general manager of Hotel Cappucino........recruit and train some courteous and efficient staff who will reflect your claim as a 5 star hotel.

Excellent 5* hotel in old town centre. Fantastic team and service provided. Loved sitting in the town square 2 meters our of the hotel entrance for breakfast and dinner.
We will be back soon.
