Palma Riad is a beautiful stylish hotel. Our private suite was on the third floor all by itself. The room was incredible and had all the essentials we needed. The bed was comfortable. The tv in the mirror was unique. The breakfast was well done. The hotel is central to all the shopping too. We walked to many boutique stores and cafes. Also the staff is the best part of the Palma Riad. Each member goes out of their way to take care of anything you need.

Wer auf der Suche nach einem besonderen Hotel ist, wird vom Palma Riad bestimmt begeistert sein. Das luxuriöse Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Palma hat nur 11 Suiten, die jeweils unterschiedlich gestaltet sind. Der Stil ist marokkanisch-modern mit viel Liebe zum Detail, hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, leise, mit einem super Badezimmer und sehr komfortablen Betten. Das Frühstück im Patio ist ebenfalls hervorragend und in der Regel wird in dieser Zeit auch schon das Zimmer sauber gemacht, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Auch die Personen am Empfang waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten tolle Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in the Hammam suite. The room was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we could have hoped for. Even better was the service provided by every staff member. From the front desk staff to every housekeeper, the employees were extraordinary. We never lacked for anything and they made sure to assist with any request we had, no matter how small. I think their helpful and pleasant attitudes are what we might remember most. The breakfast included with our stay was amazing every day.

We loved our stay at Palma Riad. Had 2 nights at beginning of our time in Mallorca, then returned for one more at the end. Room 1 was great-loved the layout and balcony day bed. Room 7 on the return night had a peculiar smoky smell, but fresh air from the front window helped. The bed was super comfy and we enjoyed great sleep. So quiet despite being in the center of the city. Very convenient location and spot on suggestion from the staff to try tapas at La Bodeguilla just a few doors down the street. Daily morning breakfast was delicious and relaxed. Both of the rooms had the signature gigantic bath tubs-which we enjoyed! though it takes forever to fill-and the faucets are awkwardly located on the opposite side of the tub from the room! We had one relaxing afternoon at the sister property rooftop pool, great to get some sun and get rid of jet lag. The staff were all so very nice and helpful-would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed for one night but it was the most perfect experience. From the moment we walked in the door the service was amazing. Really kind reception team and we were very lucky to get upgraded to a larger suite for our night. The hotel and room was beautiful, everything looks better than the pictures (if you can believe it)! The room was quiet and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing. This hotel was such a treat, if we ever get the chance to come back this is where we will stay next time, we loved it!

Exzellente Lage, wunderschöne Suiten. Direkt im Herzen Palma mit den besten Restaurants in kürzester Entfernung. Early checkin (morgens) war möglich. Sehr hochwertige und große Betten, Suit mit Dachterrasse sehr empfehlenswert. top!
