The room has an old-fashioned Spanish straight layout. There is a bathroom at the entrance, followed by a shower room, a dressing room, a washbasin, a bed, and a balcony. Looking at the pictures, I thought it was a fresh, five-star product. I didn’t use the hotel’s shampoo, so I didn’t pay attention to the brand! but! The room was very unclean! ! ! The hair dryer is full of dust! No tissue paper! There is also a layer of dust on the mirror frame! There is no packaging on the disposable slippers, and they are also full of dust! There are long hairs on the sheets. I have a slight mysophobia. I rolled them with a roller brush more than ten times, but there are still lint and the sticky paper is still grayish brown! The bed was very uncomfortable! ! ! Extremely collapsed, almost spire-shaped, high in the middle and concave on both sides! Because I had something to do during the day, it was already early in the morning when I checked in, and there was no one in front of the hotel! After ringing the doorbell, someone opened the door. They did not tell the front desk which floor it was on. The elevator only said "roof" and we needed a room card to go up. We had to go out and ring the doorbell again. When the guy at the front desk accompanied us to the room, he even mentioned the air conditioner. It was the cold air setting that was set before, and it has been set aside until now and has not been changed! So the air conditioner was set last summer and the room was vacant until this spring? Because there is no occupancy? Is that why it’s so cheap? This hotel is a boutique apartment and definitely does not have the standards of a 5-star hotel! The room was suddenly opened at 11:20 the next morning, waking us up! The husband called the front desk to confirm whether we made a mistake in the check-out time! As a result, the guy who answered the phone at the front desk said in a very rude tone that it was 12 o'clock, so you still have half an hour! ! It's really... when I checked out at 12 o'clock, I was greeted by a girl. I would like to praise her. Her attitude was very friendly and she asked me all kinds of questions! But do not recommend this hotel! ! Dear friends who love cleanliness, avoid lightning!

Super Schönes Boutique Hotel. Service ist 1A. Freundlichkeit herausragend. Alles sehr individuell mit viel Liebe zum Detail und für den Gast. Frühstück so entspannend und gut. Das beste Bett das ich je in meinem Leben gelegen habe. Immer wieder gerne. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir hatten eine Reservierung in der Skybar zum Dinner. Wir kamen an und es herrschte pures Chaos. Es war ca. 10 min gar kein Personal anwesend. Es hatten noch weitere Gruppen reserviert, alle standen herum. Es kam dann jemand vom Hotel, keiner wusste von Reservierungen, die Tische waren nicht eingedeckt oder der Personenanzahl entsprechend zusammengestellt. Die gesamte Skybar wurde dann von einem sehr gestressten Mann vorbereitet und bedient. Trotz der Anlaufschwierigkeiten konnte der Mann alles gut managen und das Essen und die Getränke kamen trotzdem sehr schnell. Das Essen war ganz gut (Tapas & Burger). Der Kellner hat wirklich sein bestes gegeben, um alleine alle Gäste glücklich zu machen. Er war den gesamten Abend über alleine für alle. Der Ausblick und die Lage sind traumhaft gewesen. Man sieht direkt auf die Kathedrale. Absoluten Besuch wert.

Unos platos exquisitos con una presentación selecta y atractiva. El servicio es rápido, amable, servicial y atento. Gracias Leona, Adrián y Christian. Un buen sitio para comer en el centro de Palma con una terraza con vistas a la ciudad. Hasta la próxima!!!
