Amazing hotel! Modern, luxury amenities and right on the beach. Free parking across the street, walkable, great customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Wish we would’ve extended our trip. We will definitely plan a trip back!

This is a lovely hotel its quite small but the service and facility's are excellent. The food in the upper floor restaurant is very good although its a very limited menu it is ideal for a light lunch tapas style. The room we stayed in was faultless and immaculately clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel and accurately rated 5 ⭐️ the service is impeccable and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a signature room which was perfect 👌🏼 it’s location is ideal for exploring Palma. We had room service a couple of times and the food arrived quickly and was devine. Rooftop pool and restaurant were excellent. Visited for my sisters birthday but would love to bring my husband back to experience it.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Claudia (on front desk) and Fasie (not sure I've spelt his name right) in the rooftop bar went out of their way to make us feel special. But, as I've said, everybody went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely experience. The breakfasts were incredible - everything imaginable that one could want and constantly replenished. The amount of choice was extraordinary and everything super fresh. The location of the hotel was perfect for both accessing the water front and being able to walk from the hotel into the centre. When we return (which we will) we shall choose a different category of room. Our room was a courtyard option which we found very dark with nowhere to sit. There were two very uncomfortable, barely functional, chairs, so even having a morning coffee in the room was not very appealing. However, the bathroom was excellent, which is so important. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We are hoping to return in May 2025.

Lovely hotel with a great location, and views. The decor is very upscale and modern chic and the pool and spa is fabulous. There is a secure bike room downstairs and is a great spot to cycle from. It’s located across from a gorgeous beach, has a great breakfast and warm wonderful staff.

La situation de l’hôtel est excellente pour visiter la ville à pieds . Le confort est parfait . Le petit-déjeuner succulent . Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse . On part à regrets. Nous n’avons pas dîné au restaurant étoilé Michelin mais les repas servis sur la terrasse mériteraient également une étoile .

Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully maintained. Fantastic location, some rooms with sea views (ours was 114). Staff very professional and welcoming. Rooms stunningly decorated. Beautiful roof top pool and bar/restaurant. Would definitely return. 2 mins to old town. 5 mins to cathedral.

Excelente servicio y atención de los empleados. El desayuno excelente. Ahora, las habitaciones tienen mobiliario de calidad baja (ejemplo armarios) para un hotel de esa categoría y el baño no tenía ventilación (ni ventana ni extractor de aire eléctrico). Lo que más me molestó, fué el comportamiento comercial del hotel: teníamos programado el viaje el año pasado, pero mi padre (que iba a cuidar a mis hijos) se fracturó y no pudimos ir, de una reserva de 3 noches a € 1.500 total, pagados con 1 mes de anticipación, me reconocieron el 50% para utilizar hasta un año después (habiendo presentado certificados médicos y cartas de internación). Cuando lo voy a utilizar, lamentablemente solo quedaban habitaciones de € 1.000 la noche (yo había sacado x 500), que raro no ? vamos igualmente, y cuando queremos utilizar el garaje del hotel, nos indican que tenemos que pagar € 36 adicionales diarios, pagando una habitación de € 1.000 la noche, por dos noches..... Me parece, que comercialmente, son avaros y codiciosos, no cuidan al cliente y quieren, como decimos en mi país, sacarle agua a las rocas. No vuelvo a darle mi dinero a esta gente.
