Fabulous boutique hotel in Old Town Palma. Beautifully refurbished in a traditional style. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great location too.

This is an extraordinary boutique hotel that exceeds expectations in every aspect, especially on the customer service/appreciation front. Having travelled so much, I had never come across such a high level of personalized service so consistent with all staff from reception to maid, concierge, dining and the rest. Outstanding and luxurious facility with superb service and location to match!

Incredible hotel in the perfect location of Palma! Walking distance to all landmarks including the Cathedral and Arab Baths. Stunning decor throughout the hotel, including the bedroom. Service was impeccable and having breakfast open from 7pm until 1pm was such an added bonus, allowing us to participate in a brunch ready for the day!! Loved it and will definitely be going back!
