Superb location. The hotel is small but very neat and tidy. Everything provided but a staff thats warm and welcoming. There is very nice history to the hotel and has some original parts like the beautiful door. Michelin star restaurants only 30 seconds away too.

Hello, As ex cabin crew who stayed in dozens of hotels over a 10 year period I can honestly say yours is one of the next hotels I’ve stayed in. The renovation, standard of the hotel, food and above all service was exemplary. We’re already discussing returning in a few years for our joint 50th birthdays! Incredible service in an extremely unique, plush, and cozy space. The concierge took care of us from the moment we stepped in and helped us plan our visit to Mallorca, a welcome relief after a long day of travel. We particularly enjoyed the quiet courtyard and private rooftop, looking up at the blue sky. Our room was also well-appointed, giving the feel of living in a beautifully renovated historic space while not sacrificing our regular comforts.

Hervorragendes Hotel an zentraler Lage
Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt. Das Gebäude wurde innen liebevoll und sehr originell renoviert, es hat gleichwohl seinen Charme behalten. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Junior-Suite) sind modern, mit einem guten, bequemen Bett und hochwertigen Apparaturen eingerichtet. Sie sind für ein Altstadthotel grosszügig ausgelegt.
Wir sind vom Personal sehr freundlich und herzlich mit einem Glas Cava empfangen worden. Man hat uns die Geschichte des Hauses erzählt und anschliessend das Zimmer und die Einrichtungen gezeigt/erklärt. Während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthaltes sind wir vom hilfsbereiten Personal mit Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge versorgt worden. Es ist uns auf Anfrage auch ein Mietwagen vermittelt worden. Das Hotel bietet ein valet parking an, was in der Altstadt sehr praktisch ist. Beide Serviceleistungen zu sehr fairen Preisen. Für uns war das Frühstücksbüffet mit seinem vielfältigen Angebot und den frischen Produkten, inkl. Eierspeisen, ideal.
Dank der zentralen Lage sind die Busstation für den Transfer vom/zum Flughafen (6 Min.), viele gute Restaurants und Bars sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuss erreichbar.
Check-in und Check-out erfolgten problemlos und schnell.
Wir bedanken uns beim Summum-Team für die gewährte, beispielhafte und herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.
Fazit: Dieses Hotel können wir ohne Vorbehalte empfehlen.

Hidden Gem - Def Stay!
This is a gem of a place - five stars and lives up to the name! Very clean, luxe, and the staff is extremely generous with their time and helpful with anything you may need.
Summum is a boutique hotel with only 18 rooms so you really feel like you’re the only person in the hotel. The pool on the rooftop is more like a Jacuzzi and has to be reserved in advance. This ensures you have the entire rooftop to yourself. If you’re looking for a calm & peaceful place to stay then this is it!
My best friend and I loved our stay here - so much so, we stayed an extra night. 10/10 would stay here again.
Big thanks to Tim, Manuel, Emma, Flora, Maria, Cindy, Pedro, and the rest of the staff for making our trip in Mallorca remarkable.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på hotel Summum. Værelset var helt i top. Morgenmaden var lækker. Men især det meget hjælpsomme og venlige personale gjorde oplevelsen fortrinlig. Uden tvivl et besøg værd.
