Cabin was clean and well stocked with all the essentials you need for a weekend getaway. Pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and heated. Grounds were well kept throughout the resort. Checkin was easy and the employee helping us was very friendly.

This is a go-to park of mine. Returning back this season, I learned of a new rule. This park will no longer be accepting mail for its members. There are exceptions i.e. medications. There are a few paying options outside of the park and an Amazon locker very near by. I had the opportunity to meet Theresa, the office receptionist and it was truly a pleasure meeting someone that genuinely belong in the customer service industry. She’s very pleasant, cordial and genuine. Keep being you Theresa! And since I’m leaving a review, let me give out a shout out to Glenn, one of the rangers. He’s always carrying a smile on him. He’s very friendly and helpful. Thanx for all of your help Glenn. You rock! The park itself is great. There are always activities going on. There are 2 things in the negative I will say: There is just too much frickin dirt in the sites and please put back the air compressor.

TT Palm Springs was very nice . T.T was a wonderful ranger with her bright smile greeting us when we arrived. We had been traveling for 6+ hours that day and she knew our family was tired. She helped us locate a space with a pad and gave us all the ins and outs of the park. She was very helpful. The recreation area was well stocked in toys and creative activities for the kids. The sites were clean and the showers and restrooms kept up. The pool was nice but I could tell that it needed some cleaning as the water was murky and looked a little green.

This is by far the most terribly designed rv park I have ever seen! Why they would plant so many palms trees in the park so close together seems like it was the idea of a 3 year old. The geniuses planted trees right at the corners of each site so it makes it almost impossible to turn in to or get out of the sites or move around the park. Now you have to try to maneuver this obstacle course of palm trees without damaging your rv. Some of the sites have palm trees in the middle of the site! The streets are too narrow to even turn in to a site if you have a large rv. I tried to park on the 50 amp site and they tell me I have to move my rig because I’m blocking a fire system that they literally put right in the of the site so any rv over 30 feet is screwed. I’d advise anyone not to come here but especially is you have a large rv. It’s ridiculous! Whoever designed this park is an imbecile! I’m never coming here again.

we had a nice time there this year. to bad it was very hot there this time. the park was clean and the rangers was friendly .not to maney people was there this time of the year you can pick your spot.the spaces was clean.pool area was realy nice.thay had a singer in there for the night he was good.

The park was in great shape and the staff was very courteous the parking was a bit tricky but not a deal breaker the common area was very well taking care of I loved the pool area and the palm trees where so beautiful I will be returning to the park soon

Run down park. Only a few 50amp in pull through. Ended up not fitting even with reservation. Waste of time, energy and patience. Sites were unkept weeds, dirt, gravel. Staff was helpful but park was just not what it should be. Probably never try to stay at another TT. $8k to $12k for membership then $600 something every year? Really for this?
