Great location. Rooms are spacious-family friendly, restaurants on property - very good, happy hour -2 for 1, pool/beach men are the best, housekeeping are very professional, towel Women-friendly she is there for everyone, Gift Shop professional and know their inventory, concierge Ladies and men are there always to help with any issue you may have or to plan an evening out or a day trip around Aruba, front desk people are Friendly , professional and always there to assist with any issues, bellmen couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant, bartenders are always at the ready to mix your drinks, as are all the waiters and waitresses, games-bingo- water aerobics help your day be great,

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Staff were very friendly and service was great. The rooms at the resort were very nice. Bedding was comfortable and the pillows were great.Highly recommend Divi Phoenix. It is very easy to get to the high rise area from the Divi

Sandra mora at the towel desk has such a kind spirit! She greeted me every single day and always says to enjoy with a huge smile. She was also helping me with information I needed. I wouldn’t have known about the bracelets if it wasn’t for her. I don’t know why our Check in never told us. We’re not disappointed Sandra mora came to our rescue!!!

The services is amazing. Everyday we went down to the beach Sandramora had a huge smile and towels for us. As soon as Julio saw us he would get me a chair, my husband was in a wheelchair. Everyone is so nice, accommodating and ready to help. It was a wonderful experience.

Fantastic beach.The best beach in Aruba in my opinion and my friends agreed with me. Everyone very friendly and I didn't feel they were pushy trying to sell stuff.

Julio, Sandra, Andrés, JR, and the whole Staff at Divi Phoenix are among the strongest reasons we keep returning. Their customer service, attention to detail, friendliness helpfulness, and professionalism are nothing short of excellent! In the 8 times that we’ve visited, the Divi Phoenix has never lost its charm. The beach, the entertainment, the staff, food and happy hours have all been great. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the kitchenettes are awesome. Divi Phoenix is where the cares of everyday life melt into the sugar sands, kissed by the endless expanse of crystal seas.

Never ever will Disappoint…the Staff at the Divi Phoenix Aruba! I have never traveled where the staff goes above & beyond to make certain their guests are taken care of & this goes from the morning crew at the beach & towel bar, concierge’s, hotel management & bellhops. A special shout out to Jason Steenen whose assistance really helped us out. Beyond grateful to everyone at the Divi Phoenix! Thank you!

The resort was amazing and the staff was outstanding. The only problem I have is that the bar closes at 11 p.m. and it used to stay open until 1:00 am. I feel like each and every unit should have a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Maybe the stackable apartment size instead of the combos that you have now.

Been an owner for many years. The staff are the best. Especially Bethelie Peter at Pure Deli who starts my mornings off with a good morning, great smile and hot cup of coffee. A favorite of mine. Also Julio who takes care of all of our needs from beach loungers to any request for help we may have. Another favorite. These two people are a prime example of customer service and friendly demeanor.
