The Hotel was recently done over, rooms have been updated, with new beds, great pillows, and all new bathroom fixtures. Staff was friendly and attentive to any request. They had just opened recently under Wyndham. The onsite coffee place made great coffee, the breakfast was sourced through an attached restaurant, and the food was good. Pool was crystal clear. Housekeeping provided the clean towels when needed. Its a short walk, or golf cart ride to the beach where chairs and grass covered umbrellas are available free. Location is 20 steps from the main drag in the large hotel zone. The adult only feature was a plus. Planning to go back next year

This is the 2nd review written for this property. Pros: Priscilla and Jonathan are Great employees. The location is great. Parking is Great Cons: I was without lights for 8 hours (from 11pm-7am) and could not sleep with my C-pack machine. Without this machine I could have had a stroke. The shower had a serious leak due to the floor design and the bed rolled around the room just by sitting on it. There are NO amenities in room such as an iron and ironing-board. The television did not work and the technician did not know why it was not working. The property seems to be undergoing new management. The Key to the back door never worked. I would like to give it another try, but I DON’T KNOW!

Stress-Free, relaxed, comfortable destination. One block from the beach. Has a nice boutique store under the stairs of a local designer. The coffee shop is fast and great quality. Didn’t like there is no wine until 3 pm when the bar opens. Great value and confort

My stay at the Tryp By Wyndham Aruba was an incredible experience. The hotel's convenient location puts it within walking distance of great restaurants. The pool was stunning, offering delicious burgers and refreshing drinks, perfect for relaxing and soaking in those caribbean sun rays, plenty of photo opportunities the pool area has many beautiful murals The staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service, This is truly a wonderful resort that delivers a luxurious experience and fairly priced. Thank you, Aruba, Thank you Tryp by Wyndham, for an unforgettable birthday celebration!

Canceled flight made us stay here
Beautiful hotel, comfy bed but a local bar blared music so loud til 1am
Had to leave for airport at 6am, so very little sleep. Avoid room 329 if possible due to proximity to bars if you want a good nights sleep

We hebben erg van ons verblijf genoten. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers, mooie gerenoveerde kamers, warm water, dagelijkse schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Een mooi zwembad met bar, en ook daar dagelijkse schone badlakens. Prima wifi op de kamer en bij zwembad. Er is een mooie koffie bar, gratis parkeren voor de gasten en mogelijkheid om te ontbijten. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het prive strand met strandbedden maar er is ook een strand shuttle beschikbaar.

Three dehumidifiers running at the same time in my room something is not right. Terrible smell in the room maybe mold.

We had some challenges at check in and the hotel said it was an Orbitz problem...we had to repack bags and move to a different room. Frustrating. The another family member joined in their own room a few days later and had problems with the toilet backing up...which required repacking and moving to a new room. Staff were very kind and helpful. Walk to beach was easy, and shuttle was available. Great location and staff! Once they get their repairs up to snuff - will be a fantastic repeat destination for years to come!
